In the Naschmarkt, they sell a lot of things. Fruits and vegetables, spices and drinks, wine etc.

Oh and in the middle of the Naschmarkt, you will find.. DR-something.. I dont remember the name, sadly, But you have to buy a 3,80 euro falafel. Its AMAZING! best i have ever tasted! Very moist, lots of fresh salad, pickled cabbage and homemade sauce. Perfect!

Visiting the market a Saturday morning confirmed that this is a very busy/crowded place. It holds a great variety of food as well as other stuff for sale. You can also buy food and/or drinks there to eat directly.
The selection and display is very appealing and it takes discipline not to start filing up bags :-) A nice market to visit if you are in Vienna and like that kind of stuff.

Thoroughly enjoyed wandering around the market. Loved the food displays - some of the biggest olives I've ever seen! Took loads of photos as it all looked so good. Bought bread, cheeses, a mixture of olives as couldn't decide between them, capers, red wasabi nuts ... it's going to be a yummy dinner tonight!

At least it seems like everybody was there, eating and drinking and looking around, even doing a little shopping for meat, cheese, fish, all kinds of fruits and vegetables. Sometimes it was a little hard to find a place to sit outside in the sun, and if you did find a place, there were a lot of people smoking.
