The main Hapsburg Palace in downtown Vienna. This Palace offers several parks and gardens as well as a number of different museums. There is the Ephesus museum which contains an extensive collection of Greek artifacts from that ancient city. There is also an muscial instruments museum and a museum of armour. These are housed in magnificent Palace rooms. The Albertina Museum is perhaps the most beautiful. The oldest residence of the Palace it contains period rooms and works by Durier, Raphael and Michelangelo as well as a 20th century gallery of Impressionists to Picasso. Also contained in the Hofberg is Hapsburg Library, Rooms belonging to the former Empress containing the massive collection of Imperial Porcelain and gold and silver items. Also the church inwhich most of the royal family are buried.
