Not really a training session, more exercising session. Quite dull, nice to see the horses but they don’t do much more than walk round in circles.

Dear Guest, in order to keep the horses healthy we can not show lessons on daily basis. To see all the exercises and jumps the Lipizzaner stallions are famous for, please book a Performance. Yours sincerely, Andrea Kerssenbrock

A bit overhyped. You are on a balcony watching 4 horses walking round an area and occasionally they break into a trot. I appreciate there's a lot of skill involved in what they do but you don't see this at this visit. I suppose if you're into horses you would appreciate it more.

Dear Guest, we are very sorry that you are not so much "into horses". Otherwise your rating might be well-founded. Kind regards, Andrea

Exorbitantly expensive, the only thing to see is just the horses walking around and trotting a bit. The most interesting thing that happened was when one of the horses pooped.

We really enjoyed the tour of the riding stables and saw the horses up close and personal (no cameras or touching allowed in stables but ok in tack room and Winter Garden). Guide was great and answered all questions. No to be missed for horse lovers.

Tip: reserved tickets online 3 mos prior as limited # per tour.

We very much enjoyed the impressive performance by the horses and their handlers.

It was fascinating to see the elegant Lipizzan horses, being aware of the ties in the past between the Habsburgs in Austria and Spain.

Equally interesting was the fact that one of the original studs used for breeding was apparently called Lipizza, thus crowning the pedigree with its enduring moniker.
