This hotel is basic and if all you are after is a clean bed for the night and somewhere to keep you belongings then this is fine. Anything more and you'll be very disappointed.
I stayed there last October when traveling for a long weekend with 5 friends. When we reached the hotel, it was fairly busy at the small check-in counter so it did take a while to get seen to. When checking in, we were informed that despite booking 3 twin rooms only 1 of the rooms was going to be a twin and the other two were doubles. This wasn't a problem for our group, but maybe wouldn't suit all groups. As we'd arrived early, the hotel were happy to provide secure place for us to leave our luggage for the day.
Upon gaining access to our room, my friend and I who were sharing the twin room, were very bemused to find that our shower cubicle was effectively in the corner of the room (as you entered the room) and had a clear glass door! So limited privacy...We obviously had a separate toilet/hand basin. The room itself was small, two clean single bed (the mattresses were a bit soft so not ideal for me personally) a wardrobe with hanging rail and storage space in the corner. As this would be classed as a budget hotel, it does not come with tea/coffee making facilities or hairdryers. The former not really an issue, but the latter a catastrophe for us ladies - lucky two of us had packed our own! The room was also quite warm so we opted to open the windows (we were on an upper floor) but noise intrusion was quite bad, mainly due to a brass band practicising in the yard below. Breakfast came as part of the package and was typical continental style so you'd find something to suit most. Other facilities were a lounge area with big screen TV and a small bar.
Upon checking out, process was simple and again the hotel was happy to store our luggage whilst we went out for the day (we had a late flight)
Location: Ideal location as you are only a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station which provides easy access to the city.
I'd stay here again (in fact the girlfriends I travelled with last year are using it for another visit later this year), as it was ideal as a base for a city break when you spend most of your time out and about exploring the city and surrounding areas.
Summary: budget price = budget hotel on that basis I'd recommend to a friend if their trip was on the above basis. I wouldn't recommend for a romantic getaway or if you were planning to spend any amount of time in the hotel itself.

Chose this hotel b/c it was close to the conference centre and was well reviewed. It had thin bedding with IKEA style beds, but the staff was exceedingly accommodating to provide thicker bedding, pillows etc. on request. In our room, the shower had a bad habit of falling off and once that was noted to the front desk, they sent someone within the same day to address the problem. There was a problem with the faucet as well and that was immediately corrected. The kitchen staff was for the most part excellent, but there was one older women who kept a lookout for anyone taking anything to their rooms from the breakfast buffet. Overall, a good hotel with good staff that tries, especially at the management level, to please and accommodate.

The rooms are spacious and tidy with the most necessary furniture. Basic but all you need. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a lot to choose from and very spacious even with lots of guests. We have stayed at the hotel twice and both times, we got the room right above the entrance. There's a bit of noise from the heavy traffic right outside, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all! The location was the right for us as we had to be close to this area, but it is not the most convenient if you go to Vienna as a tourist. The metro is not too far away though and the walk is pleasant. There's a McDonalds and a small supermarket right across the street. With a shopping centre, an entertainments centre and a lot of restaurants available in a 5 minute walking distance, we found that we had all we could ask for right by!

Cleannlines of room and hotel at all.Free parking but note that hotel has only 15 parking place. You could not reserve parking place in advanced. We were in the room on opposite side of the street and was very quiet. They changed bath towels every morning.

If you come later in the night you could have problem with parking space. You have solution that parking in the street nearby( free of charge od course) and move on the parking in the morning.Breakfast was fair but not excellent for hotel with three stars. They do not fridge in the room.

I am staying often there due to my work, as the hotel is close to my offices & has a good value for money for my situation when I am out the whole day and just come there to sleep.

The room is very simple, IKEA style and clean. Sometimes they give you a double room when you book a single one. If unlucky the window can look on the motor-road that just by the hotel, which can be noisy.

The location itself is not great unless you need to be exactly there, to go to the centre of Vienna one needs to take public transport.

Breakfast room is spacious, the buffet is nice - has all the basics in varieties (cold buffets, musli, eggs), even limited selection of fruits and vegetables, coffee, good teas, juices.

The first impression is quite shocking. The place looks more like a bunkhouse, located on the intersection of two four-lane roads. Once you are inside, things lighten up a lot.

The double-bed rooms are nice and cosy, very clean, completely furnished by Ikea (like the rest of the hotel, down to the cutlery). Ours was to the back with a beautiful sight to the "Alte Donau" - a branch of the Danube - and the International Center (aka UNO city). The room was very quite. The bathroom is also okay, very clean, no reason to complain.

The location is very nice. The "Alte Donau" is a great place for a walk, a picknick, or a nice dinner in one of the restaurants at the river. The metro station is 5-10 minutes away by foot, and the metro brings you to city center in another 10 minutes.

Breakfast is absolutely okay for 3 stars, the staff is friendly and helpful, parking space galore. The perfect place for a stay in Vienna, if you prefer to spend your money on wine and dine, and not on hotels. I think it is suited best for young people or families, but elderly guests will also feel okay.

Other facts: WiFi, but you need registration and extra-pay. Check-in time after 2 p.m. (but they have a luggage room), check-out until 11 a.m. Breakfast until 10 a.m. Supermarket: 2 minutes away.

I stayed 5 days in Lenas. The room is small but very clean and comfortable. Also the location of hotel is good, it is near to "Alte Denau" subway station only 5 min by footway. Personal of hotel are very friendly, actually I was very glad to stay that hotel.
