Besides being not at all ready to serve any customer at 10:30, the owner Mrs Frisch requested a return in another half hour in order to be able to do what Goldfish is supposed to do - selling fish. But even at 11 she bluntly refuses to sell fish, because she is obviously neither willing nor able to be in the in this business and not ready at all for selling fish! Upon my advice to simply change the opening hours from 10:30 to 11 in order to provide more of a pleasant customer experience, she totally refuses to accept this feedback and asks for the customer to leave the shop. So that she can think about for another half an hour, or two, or three about whether she is in the business of selling fish or not.
