Donna Liliana is run by Chef Gabrielle who is remarkable in his menu and ability to create wonders on the spot. This is no pizzeria but rather a fantastic gourmet gem in the middle of the beautiful Austrian town of Kitzbuhel. One recent evening we were served Steak Tartar with Burrata cheese, a smooth soup with chickpeas, crayfish and rosemary, a wonderful pesto pasta with grilled seafood and a tender steak on a bed of Arugula. For desert there was a pistachio ice-cream bar with a pepper sauce. There is also a fine wine cellar to enjoy. The restaurant is small and pleasantly decorated and service is attentive without being hovering. Reservations are recommended because once it gets out just how good this place is...it will be most difficult to get in. I highly recommend Chef Gabrielle's wonderful addition to Kitzbuhel.
