We always avoid eating in restaurants that are located on a busy tourist square/street. L'Osteria is right near the Golden Roof/Innsbruck tower in the Innsbruck old town - so potentially a big tourist trap. It was purely by necessity that we decided to chance it and we were pleasantly surprised. Firstly the waiter was terrific with little touches for the kids. We ordered a mixed salad (sub-average) and two pizzas. The pizzas were terrific - thin crispy crust. We enjoyed the location...watching the mix of locals and tourists going past. Nice place for a meal in Innsbruck.
