My parents and I stayed at the The Penz Hotel for 3 nights and were very impressed by this hotel. I contacted the hotel a month or so before staying here and booked our room via email this was great and very easy. When we arrived the staff were very polite. We got two rooms and they made sure we were on the same floor. The rooms have a great views of the amazing mountains that surround Innsbruck. The hotel has free wireless which was great. The hotel is located just around the corner from the old town and there is plenty of restaurants around. We went to the bar while we were there the atmosphere was great. The breakfast was included and was amazing there was so much to choose from especially fresh fruit. On our last day in Innsbruck we weren't catching a train till 11pm so the front desk allowed us to keep one room for a good price so we could have a shower before our overnight train. If I come back to Innsbruck I would definitely stay at the Penz again.
