We only stayed in Hotel Innsbruck for one night, but we were really impressed with this hotel. The room was spacious and stylish, and the location could not have been better: right on the edge of the Old Town within easy walking distance of the restaurants and bars. It had a nice pool and sauna area in the basement. If we are ever back in Innsbruck we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights whilst in Innsbruck. We loved this hotel. Great location right next to the old town only a few minutes from the golden roof.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The room was spacious, clean and modern (although you did have to pay for tea/coffee).
Breakfast was fab! Great selection buffet as well as eggs ordered by request and good quick service.
Didn't use the pool or wellness so couldn't comment on these.
Would stay here again if back in Innsbruck.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this pleasant hotel adjacent to the old town of Innsbruck. The room was excellent, service efficient and friendly, and the breakfast good. Parking in the public carport is of the order of 100m away, so luggage is not really an issue.

The Ischia Family should be justifiably proud of their hotel….it’s absolutely excellent. Over the years, we have stayed in different hotels in Innsbruck but this ranks the best.
Our room on the first floor, overlooked the extremely fast flowing River Inn and the majestic Karwendel Mountains (such a spectacular backdrop). The room itself was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. It was sometimes a bit too warm at night but the noise of the traffic outside prevented us from keeping the window open all night….this would be my only niggle, but I fully appreciate that it is not a major issue.
As many have commented on this site, the breakfast spread is magnificent and of the four hotels we stayed in on this holiday, it was by far the best. The owner and her son worked tirelessly, ensuring that all the dishes were replenished as required. We stayed on a half board arrangement and the evening meals were something else….freshly prepared and fabulous. Special mention must be made of Rochan who waited on our table and was very helpful and friendly. We arrived quite late on our first night but that was not a problem.
The hotel is brilliantly situated for all the major attractions and the mountains, which was our main draw to the city.
Would we stay here again? You bet!!!!

Room tip: Front rooms for a view of the Karwendel Mountains
