“A decent hotel for a night”
Reviewed August 8, 2012

Been here in this hotel for only one night. The hotel is managed pretty nicely and the corridors are neat and maintained. Rooms are very basic and nothing really new. Even the Television was some sort of 80's style. The bathroom is OK, big and clean too.

The Hotel's restaurant is something that I personally liked. It is styled in an old-fashioned way. You can feel the authenticity of old Austria with basic tables and chairs. The food we had that night was: Clear soup with round cereals , chicken schnitzel , and apple struddle. Pretty much OK as I can not tell you if the food was great or not as my taste is different from yours.

No aircondition here!! Open your windows and invite the cool breeze inside your room.

Over-all , we had a pleasant stay.
Nothing much to complain about for an overnight stay.

I booked 5 rooms at this hotel 2 twins and 3 doubles. we arrived on 6 motorcycles late in the afternoon and booking in went very smooth.
The rooms are excellent i had especially asked for quiet rooms and thats what we got . we were on a 12 day tour of Europe and we stayed here 2 nights.
Everyone agreed that this had been the best hotel by far.
We had our evening meals at this hotel the food was excellent and at a very, very good price. the staff were excellent, service was quick There was just nothing that anyone could complain about. I have stayed here before and will do again. I would highly recommend this hotel

Stayed here one night... not a bad place to stay. Locations could be better. Not much to do here.. Hotel is next to river.. No WiFi in room. Nice bar on premises. Breakfast buffet was minimal.. Comfortable beds.

I stayed at the Dollinger for 3 1/2 weeks while on a missions trip with my church. It was one of the best experiences of my life. The hotel isn't the Ritz by any stretch, but it was very comfortably accommodated. The real gem was the ownership & staff. They were very friendly & helpful. My experience with this hotel won't be the norm. We had 6 guys in one room. It was a large room & was basically filled with twin sized beds from wall to wall. It is located on the North end of Innsbruck, but very close to Innsbruck's amazing public transportation. If I lived there, I wouldn't own a car. The city is very easy to navigate with their bus & train system.

Very friendly service and clean, well appointed rooms. However, the beds were very uncomfortable and you had to pay for wifi that was unavailable for use in rooms because of a weak signal.

I have stayed in this gasthof for Christmas and New Year for skiing and snowboarding. I love Innsbruck so I did not mind to stay in any hotel, the only thing I worred was money, so I have choosen this hotel, which had quite a good good price for such a pick dates as New Year and Christmas.
We had a late flight, so we were in hotel at midnight. Thank God, I notified the hotel in advance that we will arrave late, and I have been told that the hotel is not open at night, so we had to find a key in a secret place.
The hotel design was really nice and authentic, while the room was a bit disappointing. The room was big, but there were not a lot of special in it. The bathroom was very small, the bedding needed to be changed, as it was too old.
The breakfast was normal and standart.
The good thing about skiing and snowboarding is that you can tell to staff that you are planning to go skiing and they order a skibuss, which is regular and on time at 08:30. Also in the hotel there is a ski room, which is spacious, but cold.
The location is nice, as it is a quiet area, and it takes just about 5-10 min walk to get to center.
