On our way to Zurich during our Euro-Tour, we stopped by Innsbruck and spent the night here. Their penthouse room was very nice. A balcony with a view of the Alps, 1.5 bathroom and a kitchen with small refrigerator and microwave. The complimentary breakfast had a huge selection and was the best we've ever had on this Euro-Tour. The hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. Free parking and easy access to downtown Innsbruck.

We stayed only for one night on our way from Zermatt to Salzburg. What a great little place. I would have liked to have stayed longer. The room was well appointed - all the amenities of a short stay. The staff was friendly and informative. It is in an area close to all amenities. We enjoyed Innsbruck and would go back. The breakfast was good. The price was affordable. We had an excellent dinner just around the corner. Free parking.

Easy access to town with a tram close by. Great hotel, great room, great staff, great breakfast. They also think of the little things, like toys in the room for our small children. Everything to a very high standard. Difficult to fault even though we have stayed in dozens of hotels and very often spot the weaknesses!

Stayed for 2 nights in June.
Comfortable hotel in a quiet suburb of Innsbruck. Very convenient for drivers with free secure parking and easy access to number 3 tram to town centre.
Original hotel at front appears disused and all rooms are in the modern blocks at the rear.
Very helpful staff.
Good wifi and full continental breakfast buffet.
Local facilities lacking but easy to get into Innsbruck or drive to surrounding villages.
Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed here one night prior to heading back to Vienna by train. While located around 2 miles from the city centre the end station of the number 3 tram was conveniently located barely 2 minutes walk away making a city transfer just 20 minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet residential bordering a business and retail park. A quaint old church was right next door as was a path giving access to the Schloss Ambras summer palace and gardens. The retail park included McCafe to IKEA. There were a small number of good resrtaurants close by. Now the hotel itself. This was modern, newly refurbished in a sophisticated and modernist yet sustainable and minimalist manner. Our room was large and had a great spread of windows offering mountain views. The wifi was quite fast and the TV a bew flatscreen. Breakfast was a buffet including hot and cold. The staff, from check-in to breakfast room, were professional and polite. While not centrally located the tram makes this convenient for those without a car.

Room Tip: Our room was 26. It was a standard room was larger than most and had windows down the long side.

We stayed one night as a stopover in route to Italy. The hotel staff was very freindly and helpful and recomended a great area of town to go explore. The rooms were clean and well furninshed. The rate included free parking, breakfast and WiFi. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of tasty selections. This hotel does not have AC which I think is common in this area. We stayed during a very hot time of year but with the windows open teh temperature was still comfortable.
