Well I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The hotel building looks stunning and it's one of the tallest in Innsbruck undoubtedly. You can easily spot it. The hotels location is close to Altstadt and walkable from HauptBahnhof. It's a beautiful small town sorrounded by hills. We have changed our rooms twice because of faulty aircons. And most importantly the hotel staff deny the fact after checking the faulty aircons. At last they changed our rooms but to my surprise there was this same issue in other rooms as well. Finally they changed our room and this time luckily the aircons was working. There was no kettle, no cups, no stirrer in the room. They don't even give you complimentary water. Also you can drink hot water from the hotel reception but there are very few cups available. I tried asking a cup once from the bar tender standing close to the bar and he said very rudely that he doesn't have any more cups left and he can't help it. They don't even know what's hospitality is and i must say that the staff was very rude to talk to. Hotel's breakfast was good and elaborate and worth paying 13€ for the breakfast. You can get a bus from Pacherstrasse or Olympiastrasse to Altstadt or HauptBahnhof. Both the bus stations are 3 mins walk from the hotel. I have just given this hotel Poor instead of Terrible because of the breakfast. Minus the breakfast, it's terrible only.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our visit to Innsbruck. What a fantastic hotel! The staff at the reception were very helpful and welcoming and took the time to pin point attractions and bus stops on the map for us. We were then directed to our room, which we were pleasantly surprised to find was a free upgrade to a business suite on the 9th floor!

We had a large, comfortable bed in our room, a desk, a walk in wardrobe and a huge bathroom. The room was absolutely huge and the wardrobe was super! The view from our room of the Alps was absolutely divine. Our room, and the rest of the hotel, was very clean and tidy.

We ate breakfast at the hotel in the restaurant, which is located on the 11th floor. The breakfast was of a good standard with a large variety of cereals, bread, cakes, fruit and hot food. The restaurant also boasts a terrace where you are able to eat your breakfast overlooking the stunning Alps.

The hotel has secure, underground parking which we paid an extra cost for. Whilst not being completely central, the hotel is only about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Innsbruck, directly opposite the Olympic stadium. If you don’t fancy walking, directly outside the hotel is a bus stop which offers a convenient service in to the centre of Innsbruck on a very frequent basis.

If you are looking for a modern, clean hotel within walking distance of the centre of Innsbruck, then this is definitely the hotel for you. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and we would certainly recommend it to anybody else staying in the city.

The hotel didn't have a good location. It took hours to drive any where worth while. The staff were extremely unfriendly or helpful. The room wasn't really clean. Also had to go to the front desk after 2 days because they never refilled the tissues or toilet paper. Stay away if you can.

We spent only two nights in this hotel, but we had a great time, We arrived after 19om after a long train trip from zurich, where hotels are much more expensive. We were welcomed with bottles of water as a recognition of our frequent guest program, even though we had no status. We got a big suite that fit the whole family comfortably. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hotel staff really friendly.

What happened to us, it has never happened in any of the hotel, where we were.
After entering into the prepared already apparently a few hours earlier, the room, in front of the door the bathroom we found the cleaning products used by the service.

When we went to the toilet, the Bowl were traces of faeces of the previous guest.
I called the front desk. In a few minutes the cleaning lady came with her chef.
Looked at it and the Lady started to clean up.

Used by a stick, which argued that its Board did not touch, then set it on a carpeted floor, after which our family went, the part that touches a suspended closet.
Cleaning, she stared at us with such deadpan, as if it were hard offended that he has performed his duty and angry left the room.

Beyond, the walls of the room were dirty, you could see the hand prints, spots, black marks.
Carpeting in a slick, if someone there vomit out. On the beds of dust I have not swept.

Hotel does not answer my email.
