We stayed here for one night: drove to town from the countryside, turned in the rental car at the nearby airport, arranged our bags, then taxi to the airport in the morning for our flights to North America.
It's on a main street, but pretty quiet for a city hotel. The room was comfortable and clean; decor is austere.
Wi-fi is free, but it was down the days we were there.
Interesting hotel staff. I went to the desk to inquire about a particular German word, and the two young women at the desk apologized that "German isn't our first language." They sounded like born and raised Americans. They said they were Romanian -- and learned English watching American TV!
Breakfast at the hotel was good, with cooked eggs to order. They don't serve dinners. There are not many restaurants in the area, but there's a big shopping center across the street -- Merkur has a cafe/restaurant open 'till 7 pm.
Taxi to/from airport is only EUR10. Bus and tram to downtown Insbruck just a few steps from the front door. Easy walk to the Botanical Garden (nice for a 1 or 2 hour visit.)
