I would like that you imagine a hotel where the staff treat you in a personalized and friendly way .The rooms are clean, confortable and localization is perfect just near Mirabel Garden. There is this special hotel in the Salzburg city. It was the hotel with the best cost benefit that I got in my whole life. Congratulations to all staff and in particular the Bruno that is a true gentleman

We stayed here for 1 night, it wasnt in the original plans but we saw a good documentary at singapore airport and it looked really nice. we werent disappointed either. i quickly managed some research on trip advisor and found this hotel, cheap price to i think around 75 euro. arrived by train and hotel is only a 6 euro taxi. we got room on top floor and it was a large room with couch too. bathroom was nice. we walked towards old city on first night but not many restaurants were open, not uncommon for a sunday night i was told. we ended up eating one block from hotel, a nice italian place on the corner. it was best pizza we had in europe and that included a week in venice and rome. the next morning we did the sound of music tour, my partner wanted to go and it was a good way of seeing the sights. moonsee is also lovely sight. the city is prob the most beautiful i have been to and walking the old city is nice. we also went up the castle and views from there are well worth it. if u are going to europe i would suggest atleast a few nights in salzburg and would def recommend this hotel.

We have just come back from our stay at the Hotel Mozart, it was fabulous, the staff were extremly friendly and helpful, our room was on the top floor and very quite with lovely views of the city from both sides. We had a corner room which was extremly large and very clean and well furnished. We would recommend this hotel to all we speak to.

We try to get away each year for a few days to recover from the Christmas/New Year festivities, but living in Edinburgh we have a limited number of places to which we can travel directly. Someone suggested Salzburg and how wonderfully successful this turned out to be. A flight to Munich, followed by a swift and scenic train journey brought us to the Hotel Mozart. What a gem of a find - a tuly 4 star establisment. We asked for a room with a view of mountains and were given a glorious one on the fifth floor (503). - spacious, pristinely presented in every way. We set off each day forified by a subsatantial breakfast chosen from the generous and varied buffet. The staff could not have been more friendly. They booked tours and taxis, recommended restaurants, looked up train time tables, even sourced a phone charger. And to crown it all they gave us a CD of Mozart's early music with which to remember our visit, which will surely not be our last.

Parkiing is free in the rear. The staff was very friendly and helpful and full of information and directions for almost anything. They love tourists and every hotel gets a payback from directing you to their location.

We walked to the pedestrian walk and was able to get to almost all of the old town. Breakfast is not much of a choice and we paid 10 euros each morning at the hotel, but it was a very good breakfast.

Room was clean and a decent size. Comfortable, shower temperture varied a bit, but plenty of pressure.

Internet price was cheap but it only worked in the lobby.
