One of the first places in Graz to offer free wifi, the Tribeka updates itself every few years, and yeah. . . the staff have great English and they are friendly by Austrian standards (meaning not rude and abusive, and I say this as someone with Austrian citizenship who has spent years in the country). Servings are large--almost American sized-- for coffee, and food is always good, if not exceptional. It can get crowded-- so expect a line and scope for a seat in advance. But hey, that's part of being hip and urban (and well located!) They have another location near the University with nice outdoor seating in good weather, and equally good coffee/wifi.
