“My best meal ever!!”
Reviewed December 18, 2012

First time I got turned away at the door because I didn't re confirm my reservation. Second time was a charm and I was flying solo. Full tasting menu paired with some killer bottles of wine, I was in heaven.Alain Ducasse was actually cooking that night !!! Pure bliss. Absolutely amazing setting, friendly, attentive service and zero attitude. Every recommendation was a winner and the food was cooked perfectly. Dessert was what threw the evening over the top, the best souffle I have ever eaten followed by cheese and Calvados. Tough justifying a $800 bill for one but I look forward to doing it again. Wine was over half the bill but well worth it. Stop for cocktails at the Hotel De Paris before and after, what a scene.

“A dream from start to end”
Reviewed December 10, 2012

Fantastic restaurant with unbelievable food and wines. We got a table on the terrace overlooking the casino which was an experience of its own. Nice staff and a unique evening. Price tag of course in accordance.

“amazing service in a stunning setting”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

I know this restaurant is supposed to be about the food but what really stood out was the service and the attention to detail. The staff were really attentive without being over bearing. They were friendly, helpful and really knew their menu and wines! We had the 25th anniversary tasting menu and it was wave after wave of delicious food which just kept coming! As a non meat eater they kindly prepared a beautiful dish of porcini mushroom baked in chestnut leaves to swap for the rabbit and it was so lovely that I don't feel I missed out at all. My only regret is that by time we'd reached the desert (stunning chestnut and chocolate souffle) I was so full I couldn't finish it.
This is expensive but worth every penny!

In the south of France for the 2012 Monaco GP and just couldn't leave without trying this outstanding restaurant.

The restaurant is a feast to the senses, the dining room is a level of elegance that cannot be reproduced so unless you go here, you won't experience anything like it. Peeling your eyes away from the stunning decor and grand view of the casino is difficult but when you do to see what wonderful food lies before you, you can't help pinch yourself...amazing experience! You will be hard-pushed to not feel overwhelmed by the romance of it all.

The service was unexpectedly warm, friendly and genuinely helpful! - britain's restaurant need to take a leaf because this is how it should be done! We felt so welcome and at ease it was surreal.

The food and wine aren't cheap but you will have paid more to eat somewhere sub-standard to here and so you won't begrudge a penny or cent :)

Cannot recommend highly enough, the best!

“Top class and very expensive experience”
Reviewed October 30, 2012

Me and my husband were celebrating my B'day in Monaco and decided to go to a very special place for this special occasion. First of all the interior of this place is very rich and beautiful, people are wearing evening dresses and jackets, so you feel yourself like a princess in a palace:) The service is absolutely top class, nothing to add. The food is fantastic as well - absolutely great experience. The decided to go for the tasting menu (although very pricey -around 250 euro pp) to experience the whole "taste" of the place and it was a right decision.
To summ up: this is a true top class restaurant experience - for the special occasions as it is very-very expensive (we got the biggest restaurant bill there so far - around 1000 euro for 2, but taking into account the experience and the occasion, it was definately worth it).
