Lovely Japanese gardens, a tranquil and very well maintained area. With lovely trees, bridges and fish in the pond. Definitely worth a visit.

Very tranquil in a bustling area. It is surprising how much they have managed to fit into this small area. You really feel you are in a different place

The gardens are small, and usually crowded in the afternoons. There isn't really much to see here, but it's a pleasant walk nonetheless. It's right beside the sea. Just pop by along the way to lunch or something, don't bother making special arrangements to come down here. I guess this attraction ranks so high on the Monte Carlo list simply because there's really little else to see.

We spent about 30 minutes here in the late afternoon. There were some roadworks going on so the pedestrian walkway got narrowed, making the whole place slightly congested.

The Japanese Gardens of Monte Carlo are a quiet respite from the busy din of downtown Monte Carlo. This urban park is laid out with attention to detail, and many plantings and garden details brought directly from Japan. This is worth a look if you are doing a walking tour of Monte Carlo.

Very small but has rather interesting plats and Japanese design pieces. Great place to spend a relaxing afternoon with family.
