Stopped in for a late lunch (5:00 pm) so there were few patrons. Impeccable service. A smaller table was added to the already small table where we were seated. It was used to hold condiments, flower vase and items not needed on the main table. Our server added a linen runner to our table (which I noticed the other tables didn't have because the others patrons were only having drinks). Like everything is Monte Carlo, lunch was expensive--Caesar Salad (which was not dressed--had to add the dressing which was brought over in a bowl along with another bowl of delicious bacon pieces) was 25 euros and a Club Sandwich (chicken, tomato, bacon and other runny items on toast; it was so soggy, the sandwich fell apart) cut is five small pieces served with a mixed greens and tomato salad and a small serving of French fries was 30 euros. Had bottled water and a beer. But the room is impressive: dark and quiet. Servers quickly whisked away anything unnecessary on the table (pretty blue ribbon tied around the napkin) and they replenished the small goblet of potato chips served with beverages. We had a table by the window and could watch Monte Carlo pass by.
