Description: Sass cafe owes its name to the owner, Sassa, and is a "must" of the monegasque nights. Chic and warm decor, dimmered lights, mediterranean inspired cuisine.... It all seems normal and peaceful until.... Towards dinner's end is when Sass cafe works its magic with its metamorphosis.... The musicians get comfortable, sounds and voices start to warm up and live music accompanies you into the early hours of the evening. Sass Cafe's resident DJ's eclectic mixes then take the stand to lead into the rest of night.

Very good food and fair priced. Mostly fancy young people in the restaurant and DEFINITELY not for kids. Around midnight the restaurant turns into a club and the party is on till early in the morning.

We had a lovely dinner at Sass cafe, the food and service were fantastic. The tables are rather cosy (close) but it doesnt feel intimidating. our food was well presented, delicious and the service nice. It is a bit expensive but worth it. nice bar with live music and you could easily make a night of it there

So sorry that I cannot tell you the name of the lead singer nor the name of the band, but the most recent female headliner was one of the best live performers I have seen in a long time. We were in town for the Monaco Boat Show - boring, and we went to Sass for a few drinks. We ended up staying for hours in the jammed packed lounge for hours listening and dancing to the music. Definitely a young, Eastern Euro crowd, but our group of 40 and 50's Americans had a blast. We tried to visit a few nights later without a reservation to no avail.

Everyone goes here, all the who's who so it's worth going but try and get table or join people cause getting served at the bar is murder!!!
