“Friendly bar”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2013

We didn't eat here but it became our favourite spot for a pre-dinner drink or a night cap. Central point is in the little square in Polis which is more-or-less full of restaurants and bars. This gives a relaxing atmosphere especially in April which wasn't too busy. The service was friendly; the drinks served quickly and always with a little snack - including home popped corn, crisps, nuts and sometimes fresh fruit. We were soon being welcomed as regulars and the owner would greet us - and provided a few extra drinks. They have the footie on sometimes but it wasn't intrusive so my partner could watch it without me being disturbed and the free Wi-Fi provided a useful spot to pick up emails.

“A Cypriot nightcap”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 22, 2013

A very pleasant finish to a Cypriot meal eaten around the corner, we decided to follow Cypriot/ Greek tradition and have coffee at a Kafenio (Coffee shop), we were not disappointed and made very welcome.

“Great drinks, food and service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 15, 2012

We ended up in this pub most nights of the holiday as the service was always friendly and the drinks (mainly cocktails for me) were lovely. We ate here on a couple of occassions, its just decent pub food. The plus point was it agreed with both of us thankfully. They played footie matches most nights and had music on in the background. Our best by far.

“Great value and tasty food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 26, 2012

Visited here twice during a two week stay and both times, food really tasty, good portions and good service. 5 of us ate for around 45 Euros which included 5 mains, 5 drinks and around 4/5 desserts, so great value. If you fancy a break from the 'restaurants' of the area, this place sitting nicely in the square will do the trick.
