The access is easy, free and not too many steps to see the falls.
My kids loved it and didn't want to leave...

Took us a while to find the top of the trail down to this waterfall. Parking along the street wasn't so easy as the road is very narrow.
We hiked down (its very steep and zig zaggy) with two teens and a 10 yr old. So mixed abilities.
The hike took min 30min and it was very hot work. Lots of makeship barriers along the way and can be challenging at times. You either love this stuff or you hate it.
Having got to the bottom, we discovered the carpark!!!! from here, there is a few sets of steps to a rocky patch - flip flops not recommended. You kind of have to jump across rocks if you want to get to the waterfall. At this point there can be a queue with tourists waiting their turn for the obligatory photo. The entrance is not all that picturesque but the sheer drop of the waterfall itself is impressive.
Not much space here tho. so You don't tend to spend much time at this actual waterfall ...but then, there is the hike back up....(wasn't that popular with the younger folk!!)

Once again, always always bring extra water, it gets so hot when hiking.

The verdict was good but def go to Caledonian falls also. We also took a pass on Green Valley falls, rip off.

I had always heard about these falls, but had never been to see them - instead always doing the Kaledonia trail & Falls. No real walk with this one, best to park nearby and just walk the 200 m to the falls, shame they havent done more to make them more accessible/ more parking etc. Such a lovely view, i would like to be able to walk to where they seem to drop again after the culvert by the stairs, as i'm sure that would be a pretty spot too. I woudl suggest going here on your way to Platres/Kaledonia or the falls in Troditissa though as even though tehy are so lovely, you wouldnt really spend more than 30 minutes here, water is crystal clear and the tree roots are amazing!

My wife and I visited Troodos today with the intent of going to Millomeris waterfall. En route we stopped to visit the Green Valley falls. After being charged 10 Euro each we took the short walk and it was pathetic and, in my view, recycled via a pump!

We hiked from Platres to Millomeris. The walk was ver pleasant and we ended up taking a dip in the cool waters of Millomeris. Lovely couple of hours.

We were advised in Platres to visit Omodhos. Hard to find but lovely, clean and pleasant village square with plenty of choice for lunch. Highly recommend Omodhos over Platres.

The walk to the waterfalls was nice, a little tiring (but you can go really near the waterfall by car). Millomeris Waterfalls is higher than the Caledonia Falls and you can also go for a little swim in the crystal clear waters.
