We had a fantastic suite, which was extremely spacious, roof top balcony with outside private Jacuzzi. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Staff really helpful. Pools where great and all areas inside and out where spotless. The only criticism I had was with guests putting towels on sunbeds then not using them all day!! Would loved to have stayed longer and will definitely go back

We booked a One Bedroom Superior Suite Inland View for 2 nights stay end of April. We where a family of two adults and one 5 year old child. The first impression entering the hotel lobby was that of entering a hospital or clinic. It looked clean but really cold. We where give a room at the fourth floor of the hotel and of course we had to carry on our own our luggages because there are no bellhops at the Hotel.
The apartment was big with two bathrooms (the one en suite the bedroom). The kitchen was fully equipped . Generally the room looked clean even though the kitchen area had a non pleasant smell (probably it was cleaned with a not so clean sponge).
One thing i noticed was the ceiling wall pealing at some parts of the apartment probably from bad roof sealing and the moisture.
It was really hot that week in Cyprus and Paphos temperature was around 34-35 decrees under shade. Our room felt really warm when we arrived but we didn't bother to switch on the AC at that time because we immediate went to the pool to cool off. The pool area looks average. There is a children's pool and another pool that splits into 2 parts, one deeper than the other.
The hotel is see front but the beach front of the hotel is wild with rocks so i wouldn't recommend it for swimming. The view though is really nice and you can take some good photos.

After arriving from a family dinner at the centre of Paphos back to our hotel we decided to switch on the AC so that to cool off the very warm apartment. We waited for 30-35 minutes but there was no difference to the room temperature. I checked the AC and i noticed that it was only blowing room temperature air. I thought there must be something wrong with our room AC but because it was really late i did not call the reception. Well our evening sleep was terrible, we where sweating all evening , our child could not sleep and was crying. I tried to open the windows but not only it made no difference there was also a lot of noise from the road.
The next morning i went to the reception to report our AC problem. Well in my big disappointment and surprise the two ladies there informed me that the Hotel Air condition is switched off during this period! (Come on we are in Cyprus not in Alaska). I gently explained to them that our room is really hot and is unacceptable with such a hot weather to have the AC off. After all when i booked the room it clearly said that the rooms have AC!!!
They told me that they will speak with their technician to see what they can do etc. etc. etc.
Well unfortunately nothing changed. Our second night was even worse, again not been able to sleep, very hot, child crying a hell!!!
That evening i complained again at the reception but the guy there said that the only thing he could do was to provide us with a small fan (UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE)!!!
The next morning i heard other guests complaining about the AC again receiving the same answer from hotel "robots".
As you can understand our holidays where ruined. We where sleepless for 2 days very tired and disappointed. I have requested a refund from my booking provider.
Anyhow a hotel should always be ready to satisfy its customers. The hotel should have switched on the AC from the first moment the weather got that warm. After all the customers pay for an AC and there is no where mentioned that the AC is switched off at a specific period when booking to this hotel.
I was going to book to this hotel for summer holidays but after that experience i changed my plans and booked to another hotel. A hotel that treats its customers that way to save money is a hotel that worth s bad reviews and not visiting again.
Something i forgot to comment was the breakfast. It was really average with very few selections of bread , cheese and ham. Also you have to make your on coffee or tea from the machines.
Will not return back to this hotel in the near future and of course will not recommend it!

This is a tough one. A lovely resort but we didn`t enjoy it that much for a number of reasons. We had a standard room as a twin which was pretty small to be fair, but this didnt bother us in the slightest, the shower room was superb, clean, tidy and the shower itself, fantastic. The beds were good, everything was of a good standard. The corridors feel very clinical, but again this didn`t bother us either. Breakfast was good but did get a bit samey after a few days although they do there best to change it up a bit. Everything works well and this is one of the best hotels in paphos but somehow it didnt work for me, it all just feels a bit soul-less and unloved somehow, the staff seem quite hostile to one another, on more than one occasion I felt like I had approached staff in the middle of an argument, and most of the other guests just looked down there noses at the likes of us, normal respectable English lads on holiday. It was far from bad and we got an absolute bargain but it could have been so much better, but these shortcomings are not necessarily the fault of the hotel just bad timing perhaps. The hotel obviously had great optimism when it was opened as now a lot of it seems unused and abandoned, I know a lot of money was spent on it but it has never met its potential. The Pools, the spa and all facilities were very good it has to be said. Great hotel but lacking on the experience front for me personally, still not the end of the world, still a great place to stay.

Spent a weekend here recently with friends and what a fantastic place. The rooms were exceptionally clean, all the kitchen items you could ever need, flat screens in living room and bedroom and free wifi. Breakfast was brilliant. All the staff could not have been more helpful. We felt as if we were in a five star hotel and will most certainly return.

stayed here in feb 2013, cant fault the rooms or staff prob the best apt we ever stayed in and the staff were great
.The only fly in the ointment was the food. the breakfast was ok most mornings but the evening meal was terrible found it very hard to find something to eat.
all the chicken meals had small bones in them and were of legs or thighs badly chopped up. would have no problem going back but only on a b&b basis

Room Tip: executive suites are class

Modern hotel, altough some facilities have gone like the roof terrace with bar. Pricy Spa and an upgrade which is promoted by a billboard at the reception (15 EUR) was not possible. Great swimming pools inside and outside.

Just returned from a lovely holiday at the Capital Coast Resort in Paphos. Weather was great which was a bonus! We had a one bedroomed superior suite on the 4th floor (number 4071) which was fantastic! So roomy with wonderful balcony views over the swimming pools & sea. Very big lounge, 2 bathrooms, very large bedroom, very big balcony with 2 sets of patio doors & full kitchen with everything you could possibly need! The rooms were kept immaculately clean & the facilities were really good. All the hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. A good location with a very frequent & cheap bus service stopping just outside the hotel. We stayed half board & the only thing that was slightly disappointing was the food which was a little bit stewed. Apart from that we had a great time & would definitely recommend it.
