The main thing that you require from any holiday is a nice place to stay, it is no good if the resort is great but the accommodation is substandard. We love this apartment because it is very large and spacious. It is on the ground floor which is ideal with my twin 5 year old boys; it would also be good for anyone who had difficulty climbing stairs. On entering there are two large leather settees, coffee table, TV and video. WiFi is also available. The room is very large open plan with a large table and six chairs, a breakfast bar leading to a fully fitted kitchen with all the amenities of home.
There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. The whole apartment is spacious and airy. Outside is a large balcony on which is an additional table and chairs for eating outdoors.
Adjacent to apartment is a swimming pool, children's pool and play area, which my twin boys loved. Throughout our holiday we had the pool to ourselves
As many of the other apartments are permanent residents you do not get lots of rowdy holidaymaker to spoil your holiday.
Why the best of all worlds? The apartment is located in a quiet village, Konia, where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. It has a couple of rustic restaurants, two small shops and a kiosk. There are three main supermarkets within a 5 minute drive, as well as a MacDonalds and a KFC. Ten minutes drive away are the beaches, shopping Mall, Paphos town, Paphos harbour, and waterfront with its numerous bars and restaurants.
There is so much to do and see, such as visits to the Tomb of the Kings and Mosaics, Paphos Bird Park, Golf, Aphrodite Water Park, Go Carting and many different boat trips for fishing or sightseeing.
Although a bus service is available it is infrequent, therefore a car is essential.
I have recommended this apartment to a number of people, and the best recommendation is that in April 2016 I will be spending my third consecutive year at the property
