We paid 58 euros for me and my boyfriend to get into the park. On waiting to get in they have signs stating if your caught with your own food and drink in the park you will be fined 10 euros per head. And at £3.50 for a bottle of water you can guess, the place is a rip-off. They attach a band with a barcode on your wrist which i understand is a good idea so that you don't need to carry money etc on you.
On arriving we were both so thirsty my boyfriend suggested a slushpuppy 6.99 for one, which was pretty much melted by the time they finished pouring it.
The park is dirty, overgrown and just down right boring after 45 minutes.
There is no sign post to which slide is which and how to get to them.
There was only 1 place to eat at open, and from what we were guessing was a managers meeting taking place in the middle of the small resturant, looked more like a mafia meeting...
Now i've worked in a kitchen for 7 years and i can tell you alot about freshness, and hot holding etc. i ordered a burger at 6.99 which honestly i wouldn't feed to my dog, the burger was as thin as bit of paper, the cheese was melted to the shape of the box and the salad looked like it had been laying around for 5 days, it also looked like it had been cooked at 9am and left under a hot light in its box until i bought it at 1pm. the chips were 2.50 and were freezing, a large juice(about 4 mouthfuls of juice) was 3.50. i also had an icecream at 3.50. my boyfriend ordered the chilli chicken noodles. absolutly disgusting, only warm. There was noodles on the bottom that looked days old in a cartoon with grey looking chicken(hot holding chicken at a low tempeture is extremly dangerous) on top and lettace, with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce poured over. Now he's not fussy in the slightest but he refused to eat them they were that disgusting. in total our bill at the end of the day was an extra £70, out lunch alone was £44.
There were was no health and safety they honestly just chucked you down the slide one after another, which ment you just ended up banging into little kids and throwing them out there rubber ring. There was ment to be a wave pool and from what it looked liked there hadn't been waves in years.
To sum this place up.....avoid it all cost, from what we heard from other couples in our hotel head to the water park in fassori as its ment to be a million times better and half the price.
