This restaurant has a very nice feel to it. The service is great, the food delicious and the atmosphere truly enjoyable.
We chose the set menu, that way we could taste a little of everything, and there wasn't anything I didn't like. From the appetizers to the salmon and the beef, this was a good experience. Recommended.

you would not know this place existed unless told by friends as on to of Bank buildings hence room with a view
The meals are buffet style with plenty of choice at reasonable prices
Be careful where you sit in warmer weather as sun through the glass can make it more than a little uncomfortable
It is a shame it is not open for dining in the evening

I have just read the review posted by EarlyB1rd and to some extent I can agree with their comments, but at the end of the day it is all down to individual preference! My wife and I dined at this establishment and throughly enjoyed the Sunday Buffet. The selection of food was very good at €17 per head and included two roast joints, a lamb curry, fresh salmon, beautifully cooked fresh vegetables and all the usual salads and scummy desserts. The views are exceptional, the staff are polite and attentive and there was no restrictions on the quantity of food you could eat and the meal can be as leisurely as you want to make it. We lingered for a couple of hours. Turning to the wine I have to agree that the prices are higher than some restaurants and the house wine we were offered was a Cimarosa Cabernet, which was delightful, cost €3.90 and was served in a very nice large glass. Yes, this brand of wine is available in a local supermarket, and yes there is a mark up on it as there is in any restaurant, but I personally would prefer a good drinkable house wine, than some of the very poor quality and inferior locally produced wines served in some Paphos establishments. The owners of The 5th Floor, know their wines, offer a good selection and yes some are expensive, but you get what you pay for. Would l go again, yes definitely. I would also try the midweek buffet, which by the way is only €13 per head. Give it a try and make your own mind up, the views alone are worth the trip.

This fifth floor, spacious open-plan restaurant has lots good to offer as well as the view; excellent buffet of fresh salads and mainly Cyprus dishes at lunchtime, sensibly-priced afternoon tea option which must be popular. But the wine prices! Actually, if you chose to make this a 'sundowners' venue and shared a bottle of wine slowly, it would be OK, but €18.50 for a bottle of Kolios Persephone (retails at around €5.50) is outrageous. More so, the house wine offered to our group of 20+ was a LIDL own-brand label, which retails at about €3.50 (max) cost €4 per glass and €16.50 per bottle. Make up your own mind ... but be warned!
