have just spent the last week of may in this hotel and we had a great time. the food was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. the rooms were all cleaned everyday to a good standard. we totally enjoyed our visit. thanks to you all. even though the hotel isnt right on the harbour and not in a place where there are alot of hotels it was very easy to catch the bus down to harbour for one euro or an all day bus pass for 3 euro. so no problems at all. also just a short walk up the hill to the market which is worth a visit. I've just returned from my third visit to this hotel. All the public areas are very clean and my room was comfortable and well cleaned every day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Ann in the restaurant. Great location in the old part of Paphos near the market and much quieter than the newer part of the town. Good base to visit all the fantastic archaeologicle sites of Paphos.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are quieter (though there are a couple of dogs in a kennel at the back - nothing to d...

Room 226 - 05.05.2013 - 12.05.2013

Had a great week with my best friend in Pathos.

This hotel is in a great location for getting out and about especially if you want to make your own way around the Island

The Agapinor is hotel to relax and unwind in. with no kids stuff or all week enterianment (2 nights kareoke that was ace), all includive is light (but who goes on holiday to drink 24 hours a day)

Hotel is situated away from the wild nightlife of the harbour. The only down side of this hotel (eberyone noticed and complained about) is food bit naff. but it is edable. But I found i was far to busy exploring the island to care about comming back for lunch.

I would recomed trying to get around the island by bus, harbour, coral bay, aphrodie rock and baths, tombs of the kings and letchi habour are all easy to get to for just 3 euros 04.00am till 23.00 and then just 2.5 for night. alturnativly you can by a weekyl pass for 13 euros.

You can not fault the staff. trying to do two jobs at once at lunch time( also had to put up with some really rude guests).
I would like to say a special shout out to Bogdan the Barman - allways friendly, chatty and always got a smile on his face. Also to Joe behind reception who is amazng on Kareoke and incredible helpful.

I met so many amazing people round the pool side proper soical hotspot.

Also if you want a great club. I recomend Huge - all you can drink for 10 euros for women, i mean all you can drink. :)

I would love to return to pathos and the agapinor hotel.

Room Tip: go for the sea view rooms

We have been to a lot of lovely places on holiday but the last four HOLIDAYS have been to the Agapinor in Paphos, we love the hotel the people that run it the staff are ALL very friendly, helpful and do anything to help you. The hotel is lovely and clean and the renovations are going well. Rooms are spacious the sea view is too die for along with the sunsets. The guests who were on long term stays have now all GONE and the dinning rooms are open to all guests. The food is cooked well and hot. Can't wait till October for our 5th visit. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. The loal shopkeepers are very friendly and we have made many friends up at the market. The location for us is exellent. Bus stop right outside the hotel.

Room Tip: Sea view a must.

Thank you for your recent review, as a Hotel we understand that we will be unable to please every guest that walks through our doors, however our aim is and always will be to please the majority.

We are a 3 Star Hotel and we offer value for money accommodation and Special Offers all year round.

This month we have just finished refurbishments to our guest rooms, New Breakfast room and Restaurant.

Entertainment is not advertised by our Hotel, however it is provided during busier times of the year.

The Hotel’s Pool Bar is available summer only and this facility usually opens in May, however this year due to the very good weather we have opened the Pool Bar from the 29th April.

Our location in the centre of the Old Town of Upper Paphos appeals to a lot of age groups not just the over 60’s and is especially appreciated by guests that are looking for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the Tourist Areas.

We are next to a major bus route with a service offered at very low rates and this gives easy access for guests wishing to visit the Tourist Areas of Kato Paphos 3 km away with the Harbour and many Restaurants and Bars.
