If you have not been before you might be thinking that you will be going to visit the kings, not. The graves are from people who were wealthy so a bit of a dissapointment. We would not go again as once you have seen them thats it.

For 1.70 Euros, best couple of hours you can spend, explore the underground tombs. The steps are quite steep and vary in size. Little 'H&S' in Cyprus so keep hold of small kids, big kids will love exploring.

This archeological site is near Paphos on the coast road and it is composed by many Tombs of different sizes and of different level of conservation.
You could walk through the tombs belonging to notable inhabitants of the city (even if not properly "kings") although the walking path is not fully tracked and delimited, entering in them through narrow an steep stairs: remember to use comfortable shoes for your visit.
There are not so many notices along the way, but you can look at a map at the entrance

Lots of rock tombs along a coastal site not far from the port.
Not truly a burial site of Kings, but rather high officials from the ancient town.
The vista somewhat marred by a high Kentucky Fried Chicken advertising pillar yards from the World Heritage Site

Cheap to get in at 1.70 Euro. We did it without a guide book and had fun working out how they had been constructed. I couldn't help feeling that if this had been in Britain, there would have been a visitor centre and lots of interpretation. However we all liked it just as it was.
