“Brilliant hotel”
Reviewed September 18, 2011

I have just returned from my recent stay 7/09/11 ( one of many) at the Anemi Hotel, This time, me and my friends stayed in one of the superior rooms and was very impressed with its new Boutique style. It is just a fabulous hotel excellent food, staff are the nicest people you could meet they will do anything for you, even the owner alway's acknowleges us when we return. Great location .Again there is nothing we could find fault with, Four more of our friends stayed there while we were there for the first time and loved every minute of it. I Highly recommend anyone to go and stay at this hotel you will have a great time and not be disappointed. We are already booking for our return again next year. CAN'T WAIT...............

We stayed in a superior apartment in July and found the hotel location to be both quiet and excellently located for walking to Bar Street, to the beach and to the restaurants at the harbour. The whole apartment was very clean and tidy and they provided everything that you would need for your stay - inlcuding a well-stocked kitchen with fridge and microwave. The flat screen TV in the living room was well-placed for relaxing on the couch after a hard day's sunbathing (!) but a movie channel would have been very welcome. We were there during the difficult time in Cyprus when one of their major power stations had been damaged causing problems around the island with power supply - however, we were informed about what was happening and also were hardly affected by it, as they kept the a/c operating and the lifts working throughout most of our stay.
The breakfast buffet was good, even through the diffiicult time, and the swimming pool large, clean and always found to be immaculate in the morning when the cleaning ladies had been around. There were plenty of sunbeds both in the direct sunshine and in the shade, with umbrellas provided if you wanted them.
The ambience of the hotel was very relaxing, the staff were friendly and helpful and the balcony overlooking the pool was an added bonus for the evenings. A really wonderful holiday and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you!

Room Tip: The superior rooms have a great view over the pool and are closer to the dining room and bar facilit...

It's my 2nd time at the Anemi hotel and it just gets better all the pool are has been updated by taking away the green flooring from around this are and changed it to tiny pebbles set in concrete so much better as it was looking a little shabby. Three of us stayed in a superior room where you had a FREE safe and REAL hairdryer, the furnishings were lovely. The other room was a basic apartment but even this had been updated since last year and were really nice. The food had more choice for the evening meal and even had a couple of themed nights. Still waiter service except for breakfast but this was still as good. Even if you were to go self catering there are lots of places to eat out and are very reasonable. Looking to go back again next year now can't wait.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in august 11 and it was amazing. We stayed in a superior apartment which had everything we could ever need, and overlooked the pool with a large balcony. The staff were extremley friendly, and the hotel was spotless. The pool was great and there was plenty of sunbeds. Good location - about 5 mins from the harbour and a 25 min bus ride from coral bay. If we come back to paphos we would DEFINATELY stay here again - loved it!!

P.s in regards to the noise, its not as bad as some make out, the loft club was noisy at weekends but earplugs muffle it out :o) thanks team anemi for the perfect holiday!!

The service at the hotel incl. restaurant/bar was very good! Nive people and good English speaking staff. Reception staff was good and helpfull. The room was good and what we expected, what you see at the pictures is exactly what you get. We had an upgrade because the hotel was overbooked, we went from a studio to an appartment.

The location is good, it's nearby the boulevard and the 'bar street', everything is doable by foot.

Best about Anemi:
-location
-staff (very friendly)
-the kitchen equipment in the room is more than complete
-clean and every day new towels
-airconditioned rooms (also bed room)

Least about Anemi:
-Temperature of the Swimming pool was to warm

Room Tip: ask for a appartment instead of a studio

Completely spotless, excellent air conditioning, food lovely and staff very friendly. No complaints whatsoever. Didnt even hear any reported 'loud music' at all that some reviews have mentioned. Just a lovely place to stay. Well done Anemi Team!

The hotel was nice, clean and the location was good. It's near to all World heritage sites, the harbor and all kind of bars and restaurants. We had a standard room: simple, but it had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly en helpful. We had B&B. Breakfast was a buffet and was good. Everything was fresh and they refilled it when necessary. In the evening we drank Baileys & Glennfiddich at the pool. The staff (especially the nightshift) is very friendly, helpfull and always in for a chat. We liked it to drink something at the bar at night and have a chat with the staff. If we ever come back to Paphos, we will go to Anemi again.

Room Tip: Poolside rooms are less noisy than other rooms. Loft (club sponsered by BMW) is open in the weekends...
