We visited paphos gardens in Sep with freinds and the professional attitude of all the staff makes the difference. The hotel location makes it ideal for the beach or chilling out arround the pool. The entertainment provided allows guests to take part or be entertained. The all inclusive package was well worth the money and the food throughout the week never dissopointed. The head waiter and bar staff deserve special mention as all requests were dealt with in a professional manner.

Room Tip: make sure you get a room in the main hotel

I stayed at the paphos gardens hotel from the 7th october origionally booked for 10 nights. I enjoyed my stay so much i extended for a further 4 nights! I was travelling alone and had a private transfer organised by the hotel, and they were at the airport waiting for me. After a quick check in at reception i was pleasantly suprised by my room as i was in a studio room with inland room. (114) my bed was big enough to sleep at least three people!! carpeted.. with kettle, coffee, teas and milk. Also a mini fridge and hairdryer. The bathroom was as expected. The room was kept spotless by the cleaning staff. The advantage of inland view was it was quiet and i could see the twinkling lights in the mountains. Breakfast was buffet style and although i do not eat breakfast could see the food was of good standard. Bar staff lovely.. Reception staff very helpful! The location excellent, 10 min walk to harbour, 2 min walk to the beach.

Room Tip: i cannot comment , i found my inland view nice and quiet

this was our 5th visit to Paphos Gardens .Its not perfect by any means but it suits us. Maria gives us suitable accommodation for my disabled husband . We only eat in the hotel if we cant get out because of the weather . we had to stay in twice this year as we had acouple of days rain. the food was awful. Luckily we are within easy reach of Za Za Les Amis Michaels and we hire a car to go further afield. We cant fault the staff .They work hard and make us feel welcome .Micheala at the bar greeted me with a big hug Adina I hope is feeling better Reading other reviews I notice somebody else had a mouse .We saw one running in from the patio and going under the bed. The workmen came and put down a trap which thank goodness caught it . I must admit it put nme off leaving the patio doors open.I hope I forget about it by next year.We had a nice studio in the Violetta block facing the oasis pool.

Room Tip: violetta 102 studio facing pool shaded patio Narcissus block sunny patio we had 110

We arrived late on the 6th Oct and guess what the studio we had booked was not available however they gave us a 2 bed apartment for the night and on returning to the reception the next day offered us a 1 bed apartment which was fine. We were not the only ones this happened to it was a daily thing with people sent to other hotels for the first night of there holiday they need to try and sort this out, that said we found the apartment to be a bit tired but very clean fresh towels every day cant say anything about the food as we never ate in the hotel they did offer us 2 free meals because of the mix up with the rooms. On the 6th night into our holiday we had a unwelcome guest in our room all you who are upset over roaches we can top that we were kept up all night by a mouse in the kitchen We reported it to reception first thing the following morning they were very concerned offered us a room change or they would put traps down to try and catch it which they did when we returned from a day out it was toast. This hotel is value for money if you want 5* then you will have to pay more good location and we never found the staff to be rude but very helpful they let us keep our room on the last day till 6pm as we only had a late departure.

Just returned from this hotel, glad we booked bed and breakfast, arriving late on the Saturday evening we had dinner in the restaurant. It was absolute rubbish, what I call slop food, poor quality, and of course all kept in these warming pans. Nothing good about the food at dinner. Breakfast for me was OK as I just had the yogurt, fruit and bread roll and jam. Husband not at all happy about the cooked breakfast, always complained about the Bacon. Having said that the hotel was clean and the room a decent size, as Jammy Leicester said although the tea, coffee and milk was provided, it was quite sparse and I ended up getting some of my own. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within a couple of minutes walk of the hotel, try Za Za, Jordan, Les Amis. The hotel is in a good position being only about a 15minutes walk to the harbour in Paphos, which is very attractive. Would return to Paphos but having seen the Alexander the Great I would probably give this a go.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the pool, don't, the entertainment is there in the evening, which mean...

What a terrible place to stay just returned after 2 weeks here or should i say one after booking to stay in the hotel we got put in a 2 bed apartment which was right at the back of the complex. You go on holiday to stay somewhere nice and turn up to this dive its grotty and disgusting. The staff were so rude told them we were meant to be in the hotel they fob us off with the apartment is better they are basically conning and robbing people. We only stayed here for one week and ended up going to stay in a 4* hotel (paetheon) at are own expense. it was total luxury compared to this place. would never recommend it to any one stay well clear of this place its a complete disappointment should even be allowed to sell as a holiday would never ever go back !!!!!!!!!!!
