“Superb hotel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2014

The hotel was everything we could have asked for and more. The staff were very friendly & nothing too much trouble. The food was excellent with buffet breakfast and a choice of buffet dinner or Italian or Chinese restaurants. Our large room which was very quiet was a superior with sea view and came with a huge comfy double bed. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Sheets and towels changed daily. The indoor pool and gym were excellent. (Too cold early Feb to swim outside in 1 of there 2 pools). The grounds are lovely leading onto a beach with some darkish sand and a jetty. There is a lovely path along the sea front which must be about 3 miles long.
Perfect hotel in a lovely setting. We will be back.

Room Tip: Think all rooms would be excellent. The rooms with sea views get the afternoon sun. Bedroom corridor...

For anyone wanting the very best this is the place, we stayed for valentines night february 14, everything about the hotel is 5 star quality, or arrival treated to fresh lemonade, on being escorted to our room ( more like a suite) even though this was a standard room with a seven foot bed and a fully stocked fridge. the evening meal was OK but the breakfast and choices of food fantastic
after using the spa facilities and returning to our room we found sparkling rose wine, chocolates and strawberries, such a nice gesture, the service is also excellent but not over the top relaxing and friendly, if I were to marry again this is the sort of venue i would choose.
Well worth the money for a special occasion (260 euros inclusive for two people) a special offer.

Room Tip: ask for a sea view room or upgrade there seems to be plenty of offers at certain times of the year

What can I say, what a fantastic hotel in every way. Everything was first class, staff extremely friendly and the food was exceptional. Drinks quite expensive but its 5 star so shouldn't expect anything less. Read some negative reviews about this hotel but had to laugh at some of them. Snobby and stuck up springs to mind!!! Go ahead and book it, you won't regret it.

This was our second visit to the Elysium, and hopefully not our last. It continues to maintain the same high standards, which explains why the hotel has so much repeat business.

Everywhere is in tip top condition, clean, and the hotel and grounds are just so relaxing. Staff are always friendly and helpful, some having been there for many years. Excellent pool area, never too crowded and sun beds enough for all.

Half board is very popular, and you can understand why. Breakfast is first rate, plenty of choice hot and cold, and the veranda is ideal for a relaxing start to the day. Evening meals were outside and the atmosphere was perfect. The food selection at dinner provided enough choice for anyone, and was delicious too! There was entertainment some nights, and again this was pitched just right.

I have only good things to say about the Elysium. We went in late September, and the weather was ideal for those who like it hot but not scorchingly so!

Another fab break at the Elysium. The service at the hotel is excellent and I would not hesitate to return ! We had a Cypriot maisonettes room, plenty of room for 3 adults. Some great bars near the hotel and only 10 min walk from new mall.

Booked this hotel seeing last year when walking nearby
From the moment we pulled up on the car park until
We checked out it was excellent
The hotel a lovely hotel
But the best bit is the staff who without exception could not do enough for us
The food was varied and to a very high standard
We will be returning
Be returning
