Visiting for the 3rd time in as many years, beautiful, clean, well equipped apartment, suitable for families or friends, situated on a peaceful, clean, relaxing, well maintained complex. As a family of 4 including 2 teenagers we find this apartment suits us all with WiFi, games, great space inside and out and a lovely pool onsite. Highly recommended, looking forward to our stay this year and we will be back again! Thanks Mark and David.
First time resting in Paphos. Gorgeous, clean apartment! There is everything you need, and even more. Excellent large swimming pools in the complex. Our children were in delight of the fact that the owner has granted the use of computer and games console with selection of games. Great Internet! For a good rest, it is necessary to rent a car. The location of the apartment is convenient-the same distance from the old town and the best nearest sandy beach Coral Bay (10-15 minutes by car). Thank you very much to the owner of the apartment - Mark!
I love staying here and always look forward to doing so. You couldn't want for more from a holiday home a self catering basis. Had a busy day and don't fancy going out for dinner? Order in or make something simple. All amenities you could require. Having stayed on 4 occasions in a group and as a couple it's always done the job and more. Kept to a good standard, fully equipped kitchen. Lots of useful info to help plan days and suggestions where to eat. I couldn't ask for more. Mark is very attentive and always a pleasure to deal with.
The pool - generally speaking, you have it to yourself, sometimes you have to share with no more than 6 people. However, anyone that's stayed in a resort will be pleasantly surprised when they find sunbeds free to use and a pool that's also well kept and not swarming with people. There's also a shallow pool for small people :-)
I couldn't rate this high enough and have never had reason to complain.
On a separate note I would say you need a car if you're staying here however there is plenty of parking and normally undercover.
For those that can't disconnect there is wifi in the apartment with plenty of electrical wizardry to keep the younger generation amused should you find yourself having a lazy day, including a DVD player with a good selection of DVD's, a Nintendo Wii, Bluetooth music dock/iPod player and probably more I've not noticed.
The bedrooms are nice with air con and wardrobes, the living room and dining area is also a good size space, with a balcony area overlooking the local area down to the sea. Then a separate balcony for hanging your washing out to dry.
Master bedroom en suite has a powerful shower and the main bathroom a bath and shower, although I generally find it too warm to lounge in a bath.
Thanks again and I look forward to returning!
This is the most efficiently, pleasantly, and sensibly run rental apartment at which I've stayed. Level of organization and professionalism is superb, attention to detail outstanding. To give one example, we arrived to find a cell phone available for guest use. It was loaded with a prepaid cash card. Instructions were clear. If the phone is used, the guest is asked to simply top up the account with another easily purchased cash card. While we did not make a call, it was great to have a phone with us for emergency use (thoughtfully armed with the proprietor's phone number just in case).
Great apartment in a perfect location for us with excellent facilities. Will be booking again for next year.
It was great! We had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfectly equiped with all the ustensils needed, wifi, etc!
The guidance of the owner and all his support was great and very useful!

We arrived on the 29th July quite late at night as our flight was delayed and then we stopped in Paphos for food as we had not eaten on the plane. Mark had sent us comprehensive instructions on how to get to the apartment but due to being tired we had not followed them to letter and drove passed the road the apartment block was in. Our fault not Mark's, but at night road names are hard to see. Once we found the keys and got in it was gone midnight so we didn't do much but go to bed. On waking the next day we looked around the apartment and found it had everything we needed and quite a few things that were really nice touches which made the stay really great. It really had a homely feel, and just felt much nicer than staying in hotels as we have on previous visits.
The only slight disappointment was the pool which was not as clean as we've been used to. However I spoke to the pool guy one the first day we used it and he explained that in the last earthquake they had, one end of the pool had dropped slightly, this meant the water gravitated to that end and was not getting filtered properly. The pool guy was out every day and treated it regularly but I think he was having an uphill battle as algae / growth was on the bottom of the pool in small patches on quite a few days. I and my daughter used the pool and it didn't really bother us as we swim in the sea and who knows what’s in there!
Again the pool is nothing to do with the apartment owner but is part of the holiday experience so I am being in as honest as I can be. Commication with Mark was great and there were lots of great instructions and advice contained in the apartment. If we went back to Paphos we'd certainly look at booking it again.
