We decided to go to Rimini to try out their meze. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had a great sense of humour. There was a little embarrassment as a wedding party was taking place and there was some shouting and arguing between those attending but that was through no fault of the restaurant staff and luckily it died down before too long.
The meal was great. We ate haloumi in pitta, accompanied by salad and taramasalata, tsatziki and humus, a huge bowl of mousaka which was almost a meal in itself, stifado, which still makes my mouth water when thinking about it, kleftico, chicken cacciatora, roasted vegetables, lamb chops, pork and pieces of steak at which point we were, not surprisingly absolutely stuffed. My only regret was that there was no room left to eat a sweet! Earlier in the day we had picked up one of the menus which the owner was giving out to people passing by which offered a 15% discount so the meal was cheaper than it should have been, in our opinion a real bargain.
