“Lovely meal”

Had one of the best Indian meals ever. Lovely food and wine. Service very good and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

“Authentic Indian food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 13, 2014

As a party of 8 plus 2 infants they could not have been more accommodating the service was good but the food was more than expected authentic, flavoursome and cooked to individual requests. I have eaten curry from New York to Sydney and this is one of the best

“Very very good indeed!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2014

On holiday in Paphos this week, stumbled across this gem (pun intended!)

Had many meals in some of the best Indian restaurants in the UK and beyond but this was truly amazing!

Had to go back again during our holiday,
Just as good. Food great. Service attentive but not invasive. Ambiance amazing!
GO THERE. You won't be disappointed.

“The lamb is actually beef”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 30, 2014 via mobile

I really am unsure how this restaurant has such positive ratings. I visited this week and would say the positives were the poppodoms were nice the wine great and nice modern restaurant. Unfortunately the curry I ordered "lamb" karai was definately not lamb I assume from the taste and texture it was beef. I really don't understand why restaurants try to imitate what they are serving. If you just wrote it was beef on the menu not lamb I wouldn't of ordered it and chosen something else ! A shame as a nice setting even if it's hard to find with no map or directions or address on website.

“It just keeps getting better!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 29, 2014

I have already posted three previous reviews about this restuarant, but I just need to mention a very welcome addition to this dining experience. With friends we went to a recent Sunday Buffet Lunch which was both excellent offering a varied selection of dishes and also very good value at €17.95 per head. You are guaranteed not to go home hungry and for us it made a change to try different dishes, because as a regular evening customer we always tend to be a bit predictable when making our A la carte menu selection. Anyway, to my delight, they now stock Real Ale, locally produced by the Aphrodite Rock Brewing Company, a British family company based in Tsada, Paphos (see http://www.aphroditesrock.com.cy/). It is such a refreshing change from the mass produced island ales to be able to compliment a curry with one of these lovingly crafted brews! I had the London Porter which is a dark beer, not at all 'gassy' like the local island beers and others round me tried the Lian Shee an Irish Red Ale. The owners of the Koh-i-Noor are now one step ahead of many other eateries in Paphos just by supplying an alternative and I bet other establishments will not be long in following their lead!! I cannot wait for my next visit.
