“Angela M. Last meal of the holiday”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2013

Me and my partner have visited this restaurant on four occasions when on holiday in Paphos over the last few years and have brought friends and family with us as a last night special treat. The curry's are the best I've tasted and the service warm and friendly. We had a meal Tuesday 14th May and found the food and service as good as the first time we had a meal. We are back in Cyprus in October and look forward to having a fantastic 'ruby'.

“Fantastic food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 13, 2013

Just had a meal at Koh I noor... Absolutely fantastic food..if u go make sure you have the death by chocolate dessert! Stairs to the toilets are a bit tricky if you've had a few drinks and not for disabled. Restaurant was short staffed when we went but the food was still fab just a little slow.

“New Menu about to be launched”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 1, 2013

I make no apologies for making another review of this restaurant. It is by far the best Indian Restaurant in Paphos. My wife and I visited on Friday 31st May as part of my birthday celebration and the food was as good, if not more flavorsome than previous and that took some beating. The front of house staff are really friendly and very professional, nothing is too much trouble. As residents in Paphos we try to go to the Koh-i-Noor at least once a month. It is ideally situated if you are staying at the Venus Beach Hotel or the Capital Coast Hotel as you are lucky to have it on your door step. Beyond that, it is easy to find and is near the Lidl store on Tomb of the Kings Road and the number 615 bus will drop you nearly at the door. The reason I am writing yet another review is that there is a new menu about to be launched, which, as well as including all the current delicious dishes, also has an extended vegetarian section for both starters and main courses. I will not tell you too much about it but suffice it to say last evening we sampled the new Garlic Mushrooms which are served in a fantastic spicy sauce and we cleaned the plate they were that good!! We have booked to go back again in Mid June with 4 friends and look forward to trying some of the new dishes and spices. Well done to Budge, the Chef owner and all his staff. Make sure you make a reservation is can get quite busy. If you cannot make a visit know that they do a takeaway service.

I agree with all the previous comments. Normally having chinese or indian on holiday is normally disappointing! NOT HERE!! The food is fantastic along with the service and I agree with the commenst regarding the ambiance! lovers of Indian food will lovethis - Lamb dish was amazing and the staff were really friendly - We even spoke to an Indian family who were in Cyprus for a wedding and they had their night time party there and said it was amazing!!
