“giant, high quality pizzas!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2014

if you like a lot of food, you will not be disappointed here! the pizzas and the starters are HUGE. we had a bruschetta to start (i wasn't hugely impressed by it) but it was the size of a pizza itself! once our pizzas came - i had the pizza regina, my boyfriend had the da gino's pizza - we knew we'd be taking some of it back with us for lunch the next day! my pizza had a lot of raw onions on it, which surprised me as i assumed the onions would have been cooked, but ultimately it was a really tasty pizza and it was just as tasty the next day!

“WONDERFUL PIZZA”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 26, 2014

The hotel we stayed at the food was rubbish.

Went out for a walk and found this little gem. The pizza dough was so thing you tasted everything on the top. Asked for small my goodness what a size. Cooked to perfection would go again.

Please try very good prices.

“Quantity Over Quality”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2014

A member of staff at our hotel recommended Ginos to us so we had high hopes for our meal there.

The starters were quite good but we both had pasta main courses ( 2 different meals ) and were each served with an absolutely huge helping of pasta. However, both meals lacked flavour and seemed to use cheap ingredients. "Desperate Dan" style portions with little taste or panache. However, it seems to be a popular place for pizzas so maybe that's your best bet if you go there.

Service went downhill quite quickly. Seems like a place that loses interest once the customer has ordered and the sale is in the bag.

We sat for ages with our dinner plates in front of us while staff dealt with more important issues ( like chatting to each other at great length whilst totally ignoring their diners ) Tried several times to attract their attention, stopping just short of chucking a hand grenade across the room . Even getting their attention for the bill was a challenge. To be honest, we could have walked out and ai don't think they'd have noticed so engrossed were they in chatting to each other.

A disappointing meal and service ( though not disasterous ). We wouldn't return here. We'd recommend Porto Bello ( see seperate review ) and we were told that Grazie was also very good for Italian food - both are heading down towards the seafront in Kato Paphos . Sorry, but as lovers of good Italan food, Ginos wasn't for us.

“Super authentic Italian food”

Pizza are fantastic but be aware that even the 'small' one is large. Very friendly staff and take out available.
