The sign says "road good for all cars" which is a downright lie. The road is in fact a mud track, with lots of potholes, very bumpy and windy. We had a very small rental car and were afraid that road would never end!! It took us a good 20min to reach the place after we left the normal, tarmac road.
When we arrived there, they charged us 8EUR per person just to go in. This has to be the most expensive tourist attraction in the whole of Cyprus. Apparently in the summer you can take a dip in the waterfall pool (not like Aphrodite's bath near Polis, where bathing is forbidden but entrance is free!), but this was November, so all we could do was have a quick look around.
They totally ruined the charm of the place with unspeakably ugly plaster statues, the first one being a 10m-tall "Aphrodite" right at the entrance. I've never seen an uglier goddess of beauty.
The place looks like a slum, with makeshift wooden shacks and concrete terraces.
