one of only 2 town houses in the complex and it is great. clean tidy and well equiped. the owner provides lots of information even before you leave home. close to bars, resturants, shops. and bus stop. busses are frequant and its only 10 mins to the harbour area. you can also walk to the harbour along the seafront which takes about 40 mins. worth it as you can watch the sun go down.

Stayed in block C. Been to Paphos before but first time here. Had a really good time. Complex is kept lovely and clean. Pool was great for the kids. No bar or shop on site but we bought in drinks and an ice-cream van pops round at 2 every afternoon so that was no issue. Apartment (G4) was immaculate. Had everything we needed and more. The dirt track that we heard so much about was never an issue. It's about 100 metres and a bit bumpy but it was easy to negotiate and I never felt unsafe. Very close to shops and bars etc. Plenty of sun beds around the pool. Parasols could do with upgrade but that's the only very minor gripe. Recommend this complex highly for families.

We have stayed here on 3 occasion and going again in November , it a lovely clean and tidy complex and the apartments are lovely , it's nice and quite and well looked after , the pool is lovely and warm even though its not heated , in walking distance to the tomb of the kings road (down a dirt track is very quick don't let this put you off) no car needed , only 10 minute walk to lidl , bar and restaurants near by

Room Tip: All apartments are great all have sun at different times of the day and most look over the pool

Stayed in block B for two weeks with my husband, it was our first time in Cyprus and I found this apt privately on owners direct. What a great complex! Apartment had everything that we needed, big kitchen with all amenities including a separate tap with drinking water. Pool along with jacuzzi was great. The apartments were about a 2 min walk along a dirt track leading straight to Tomb of the Kings road with bus stops to take you to Coral Bay and The Harbour along with lots of restaurants , bars and shops.

We stayed at Royal Seacrest 18th-25th July and we had a lovely time. The grounds are lovely and on the whole well maintained, a few of the parasols were in need of replacement but no big deal. The pool is lovely and nice and warm ( even though it isn't heated). There are gates on the terraces and into the pool area for those with little ones. The apartments do not have a bar or restaurant but are in a good location just a few minutes stroll down a dirt track (ladies don't wear heels) to the nearest ones and the bus stops/taxi rank. There are plenty of good eateries to choose from, I recommend the farmhouse tavern or get a taxi to bar street (about 7 euro) and try Grazie. There is a great DVD rental shop on the tombs of kings road (on the same side as O'Niells). We paid 25 euros for a week of wifi from citycell, a bit steep but when you have a teenager with no Internet things could get tetchy..... So worth it. The signal was a bit hit and miss and seemed to work better outside the apartment, but hey no big deal to sit on the terrace overlooking the lovely pool area with a chilled glass of something whilst face timing!! We would definitely go again.

Room Tip: We were in block C and got the sun from breakfast until approx 1600 so cooler at night.

We stayed here, block B room 205. I'll go through it bit by bit.

Apartment:
Lovely. It had everything you could possibly want, and extras that you may not think of such as a pizza cutter and bug spray (not that you'll need it). The apartment is very clean and spacious and the bedrooms are a decent size, with very comfortable beds. The air con is on an energy saving device which means after 2 hours it automatically goes off at the mains. It was roasting during our time in Cyprus thus very hot in the night, so it did get a bit annoying having to get up every two hours to switch it back on, (as you couldn't do it with the remote when it had gone off at the mains). There is the full Sky package however only a few channels work. This is a common problem in Cyprus though, and lets face it, you don't go abroad to watch British tv! Full sized fridge, and 4 hob cooker. There is also a washing machine which was brilliant, we did it all there so didn't have to worry about it when we got home.

There is a roof terrace but we didn't make use of this as it had a gate on, and we were not provided with either a key for this, or a key to unlock the bike chain from around the furniture. I'm sure had we known and had asked, this would have been provided. There is also a gym, but again ensure you get the code before you leave if you wish to use it - we didn't bother but would have liked to.

The Complex
The complex is lovely. Its absolutely spotless and the pools and jacuzzis are fabulous. There are relatively shallow bits in the pools and also a seperate baby pool. There are occasionally bugs in this due to there being so many lovely plants on the complex, but there is a net on the side to fish them out with. I only saw one cockroach the entire time, and it was dead on the bottom of the pool.

The Location
The apartments are in a lovely quiet residential area. Reading on here made me worry, people saying its a long walk across and is very dangerous. It's not at all. Granted a bit more light would be nice, but the path across the field takes about 2 minutes to get across and if you take a torch its easy to navigate as well. We had no problems at all. This path leads straight to the main road which has loads of bars, restaurants and shops on it, and a few places to hire cars from as well.

Its about a half an hour walk to Paphos Harbour, and is fairly flat. There is probably a slight uphill gradient on the way home but hardly noticable. It was a nice stroll after a big meal, and was the only exercise we did all week!

There is a Lidl about 10 minutes up the road. To be honest in that heat i'd recommend using a car to get to and from it, but it is easily walkable if you needed to. We got loads of stuff from there, and they have a lovely fresh bakery section as well.

All in all, i'd definitely recommend this for couples and families. Probably not suitable for the stag/hen groups but i'm sure that suits everyone just fine. I'd love to go back again in the future.

Room Tip: Ground floors have little patios. Ensure you have all the necessary codes you might need for the gym...
