We went to Jo's Diner upon a recommendation as we probably would not have bothered to find it based upon the name. What you get is a lovely village-based garden taverna with excellent home-cooked food. The speciality is a rack of ribs that needs an outsized plate to hold the ribs. But other foods are equally delicious and mostly of enormous proportions. Dishes are a mixture of local and international so all tastes are catered for. Run by an English/Cypriot family it is a pity that this is not more popular as our party of 11 were the only diners when we went. I am sure if they renamed the place it would get a lot more custom.

The first time me and my wife arrived here, we were greeted by such a nice young lad. He explained parts of the menu perfectly for greek food I never heard of before. After spending lots of money on food all over europe etc, this place provided good food, at a price you'd usually see at a awful cheap place in the UK. The food was cooked perfect, and all the veg etc, were home grown by them. Apparently they are known for their ribs. But I enjoyed there 12.99 for a 3 course meals, which filled me up easily! :)

Food was excellent, only downside was the owner sitting alongside us whilst we ate! He grew his own veg. Kept saying wasn't it best cauliflower soup we had eaten!

Yet again an absolute great meal with the friendliest owners ever. Met two lovely couples who have returned many many times. Suckling Pig on the menu on Thursdays and Sunday Roast obviously on Sundays but you will need to book a table. All home grown vegetables and all cooked with love. You must visit, a three course menu is 12.95 euros.

I have been to this restaurant many times, and would recommend it to anyone living near or around the Anarita Village. In fact many people frequent this Restaurant who come many miles to enjoy the Wonderful Roast Dinner on a Sunday!!! With all fresh vegetables home grown, and would defy anyone to walk away from this restaurant and say that they were still hungry. Jo, along with her husband Theo, make you so welcome, and nothing is too much trouble for them. If you use the restaurant during the week, you can have the to die for Spare Ribs, they are beautiful. Never yet had a bad meal there, So if you want to have good food at a good price, this is the venue for you.
