“rack of ribs the best”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

Situated close to the airport. The restaurant is small inside but has a lovely outside area. The food is simple but good, the rack of ribs are fab.
The food is homely. Disappointed with sunday roast but everything else good.

“depends what you like. Don't beleive the hype.”
Reviewed November 1, 2012 via mobile

This restaurant is specifically for... english tourists. Alarm bells should start ringing when you see curry on the same menu as stifado.

There are a large number of english people who are happy to fly half way round the world just to eat the same food in another country. If you are one of those, you will like this restaurant. Sunday roasts and pasta dishes all over the place.

For this sort of stuff, they will make a big fuss of you, learn your name, tell you how fantastic the menu is and that everything is grown there. Everyone will get along fine and you wont notice you've just paid £35+ per head for a Toby Carvery. If you wear ear plugs you wont even notice the "ding" of the microwave as they reheat everything.

If you want genuine Cypriot food - just eat somewhere else. You will not catch a local in here. All the stuff about "best ribs in paphos" is just rubbish to get english people talking to each other. Where have i seen ribs with BBQ sauce on a cypriot menu? (nowhere)

Main problem is that Sue likes to tell Jackie that she had a lovely time and got the "best ribs in Paphos" then Jackie + Husband + Kids go there, also eat a load of mediocre food and tell Charlene and Darren that the Sunday roast is just the best and they had a lovely chat with Jo, the owner, who is from... Cardiff. Meanwhile everyone can forget they are in another country, and that one of the reasons to go to other countries is to experience their culture and food.

Anyway - if you havent got the picture yet, you are Charlene and Darren. So go - you'll love it. Bon Apetit (which is French just to confuse you a bit more)

“Great Food”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

We took all the family here again it didin't disapoint. You can sit outside under lovely lit gazebo's or inside. Seats are comfy (big problem in Cyprus they all seem to have school style seats!) Food lovely recomend the special we had one each and even the most fussy eat all the food a warm welcome for Jo and Leo. A great night. The Christmas menu looks lovely and only 38 euros for all the courses.
