Had not visited Limassol for 33 years, what a change, fantastic marina, huge choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Well worth a visit.

Visited the marina for a boat trip and some lovely restaurants and bars around. All the money is spent around the marina and not the surrounding area of limassol which needs some renovations

Worth a visit to this exclusive location and with amazing bars and cafes it’s the perfect people watching spot too.

Still in construction but if the Euro Million’s numbers come my way I’m here in a flash.

We walked around both the old harbour and new marina in heat of 32 degrees, so were in need of a cold drink. We reached the Marina via public transport €1.50 each from the tourist hotel area.

This is a stylish area, with expensive flats and yachts. Plenty of private security guards were visible, and a number of residents got around in golf buggies.

There were a number of designer shops, including an Apple computer outlet. Coffee bars and restaurants were high end, spacious and at 10.30 am quiet. We understand that at the weekends this area is heaving.

Cold drinks at the Mediterraneo opposite the Yacht club were really needed, especially my home made lemonade.
