The complete staff of GM Chris Aristidou is very nice and helpfull. The hotel and the GM cares about his staff and they are happy to work for this hotel.

The hotel itself is run very seriously and professional. The room was very good and clean. The seaview was great.

At every time of the 14 days the food and the drinks were excellent.

The location and the beach with the hotel garden were also great.

In general the best thing as I said was the staff. The waiters, the trainees, the room maids, the front office clerks, the chefs, the bar keeper. Everybody made our trip to very nice holidays.

We had an exceptionally enjoyable dinner at the Kiku Japanese Restaurant in the Elias Beach Hotel.

The atmosphere, the tastefully present food and the attendance of the Restaurant Supervisor; Roni made it even more special and memorable!

Viki, the wedding planner, (and the team at the hotel) were always friendly and willing to help us make our wedding perfect. They executed their part of the wedding perfectly.
The food was filling and tasty and the drinks flowed.

The hotel has good facilities that need a lick of paint, but we had a nice stay.
The buffets are on a one week rotation and were of very good quality (for an all in buffet).

My only criticism is that they only had instant coffee in the hotel. No filter, no barista, just Nescafé. Real, fresh coffee is not expensive and not much dearer than instant, but makes a real difference. Their tea selection was very good, but the coffee was disappointing.

Cleanliness is 3/5 as I had ants in my room one day (the hotel sorted it out within an hour - good stuff) and encountered a cockroach by the spa.

We stay at the Elias Beach in Limassol Cyprus for 2wks from 18/09/2013 to 03/10/2013 I was very disappointed with this holiday to Cyprus.

I book the Elias Beach Hotel after looking at the review about the Elias Beach but it really only caters for is wedding group and birthday parties

When we was there for are 2 wks holiday, we have 4 Cyprus wedding and also for the 2 of weekend we were there and the garden was full of tables and chairs for these weddings so we didn’t feel that we could go on to the beach during these weddings, also the Blue Paradise Bar was closed when there was weddings on so you could not use this during these times to any get drinks.

Also there was 2 birthday party and when these was held there they closed the area were the holiday makers got there food from and put the food in the restaurant which all holiday makers were to eat in you could not move about freely about also the choice of food was very limited these 2 nights.

Also the Kanika entertainment girls only really included the wedding parties, We also noticed only these people won Man Of The Match every times they play water polo and also water basketball so other guest starting not joining in any of these games. Other staff work hard and was fantastic so very polite.

Kids club nothing to play with like football tables etc also had to go to reception area to find out if there was a kids club, the kids club was under the stair in an unused shop some lady who we spoke didn’t know they was kids club.

Now the room 306 at Elias Beach Hotel face the mountain and also the car park and late at night also early morning cars are racing down the main road it sound at times like a formal 1 race track (sometimes had to sleep in the day as it was quieter then).
I book the Elias Beach May 2012, so why was we put so near to road and not the other end of this hotel still would have face the mountain.

Elias Beach is a good hotel if you are getting married but it not for a family holiday and couples should opt for an adult only venue.

Stayed September 2013, travelled as a family.

Room tip: Paid extra for a sea view

Room Tip: Book a room facing the sea and phone the hotel to see which room you are book in.

Recently stayed for a week for a wedding and found the hotel to be more than reasonable for price and choice of food/beverages. If travelling from UK or Eire I would point out that the wifi signal is only usable in the main areas and TV news is patchy but there is a shop on site with newspapers available.
As a popular wedding venue you should be prepared that it is often a family environment with many large groups of varying ages not a couples retreat.
It is a good distance from the town centre and the local cabs are "variable" on their prices but generally ok. The room facilities are more than reasonable but the minibar fridge is useless although not really necessary as the many bars are open from 10am until after midnight (btw all inc. ends at 11pm which covers all drinks and snacks).
The food is better than most package resorts especially with the Japanese restaurant, sadly this only offers a set menu but makes a nice change from the standard fare, there are also several other taverna's and restaurants surrounding the hotel to provide more variety.
To relax the beach is lovely with very fine sand that is cleaned a raked each morning with plentiful loungers and a beach front bar too!!
The pool area is more family orientated where the reps do a great job to entertain the kids etc if you're on a family break.
The staff are very helpful and polite and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a Mediterranean hotel destination, in UK terms its probably more 3 star than four but still very nice.

Room Tip: We stayed on the sea facing side of the hotel and found it to be fine however we know of some guests that had rooms facing the road who complained of traffic noise at night
