We are here for 7 days. The place is amazing. I love the location. It is near the bus stops and nearby restaurants. The staffs are very polite and helpful. Yogita, the hostess at Aquaria restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. The manager in the restaurant is also very friendly. We were all accommodates very well. Room is spacious. WiFi is good in the room but sometimes it is slow.

One of the few hotels in Limassol to remain open in January we booked and enjoyed a short five day stay at a very competitive price. We chose to upgrade to a sea view and pleased we did as the sunsets are quite spectacular. The hotel staff were extremely polite and the service excellent. The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable with the normal facilities of a safe, tea and coffee, TV and free Wi-fi. There are plenty of sunbeds with good mattresses but I can imagine it being very busy during the summer. The hotel has many bars and restaurants but only one or two were open during our stay, offering excellent food and all the normal drinks, so this did not detract in any way from our enjoyment of the hotel. There is an indoor pool, gym and sauna as well as outdoor pools and the beach. There is a municipal walkway along the beach and ancient Amathus is only a short walk to the east. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and a frequent service to the new marina for €1.5 each way. All in all a wonderful hotel and we look forward to visiting again.

Dorota on reception was very efficient and friendly and greeted us warmly. We checked into room 410 but were very disappointed to find that unbeknown to us, we had been allocated a double room with a sofa bed, not the triple room that we thought we had booked. If we had been told by the travel agent at the point of sale, we would not have booked. Apparently, triple rooms are not even available but we weren’t told that. Although the sofa bed had been made up, there was only 2 teacups, bathrobes and slippers, 2 wine glasses etc and with 3 adults, there was not enough room in the wardrobe for our clothes. Lena on reception insisted that we had been ‘upgraded’ to a sea view room as it was bigger but I showed her our booking form to prove that we had booked a sea view room so she offered a bigger room if we were prepared to pay more money. We chose to compromise on staying in the double room with a proper bed to replace the sofa bed.
We resolved not to let it spoil our holiday and to be fair, the hotel is kept to an extremely high standard and is scrupulously clean. It was also beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Both the morning and evening room service teams are top notch and nothing is too much trouble. It was refreshing to see Vassos the GM around the hotel daily and it is clear that he runs a happy and successful team. Particular mention should go to Maya in Guest Relations who tried her best to make up for the room issue and made us feel very welcome. Also to Sifis the F&B Service Manager and the Chefs who are also ever present during all food service and their teams who put on two magnificent Gala dinners on Christmas and New Years Eve as well as sumptuous breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets each day. The choice and quality is truly immense. Particular thanks to Yogita for her warm and friendly greetings each morning and to Vasilis, Elena and Andy for the banter and great service. We felt very spoiled. The entertainment at both Gala dinners was also of a very high quality and made sure we had a great time.
All in all, a wonderful holiday despite the room issue. Congratulations to Vassos and his team.
Best regards Jayne, Lewis and Anna Martins

Our room said it was family room (and paid for that) as we asked for two cribs. However, i didn't notice any difference and also i realized that they changed the bed and put a smaller one so as to fit the cribs. Very disappointing with the bed. We stayed for two nights without cleaning service as they said we had the no label. We had the no label for one hour (2-3pm)!also we saw the maid in the morning and we asked for cleaning!! Big surprise.. Got back to the room at 6.3pm and still. No cleaning. With two babies ready for sleep and bath we couldn't wait for cleaning that time.
Very bad behavior at the reception. I asked for kids club speaking to a person, and another person replied with a big no! Very inappropriate for a four star hotel.
Really bad parking. No space at all. We had to park far away with so many things and luggage. We tried the underground parking and after we got out of the car with our things (strollers etc), we found the door closed!!We couldn't get in so we got back to the car again. There wasnt any label/note for no parking in the underground.

The elevators were very dangerous. Many times the door was closing at the moment we entered in and couldn't open again. we never face this problem with an elevator.so bad and dangerous with the kids.

Room tip: Ask for a renovated room. I dont think that our room was a renovated one, specially the bathroom.
