Stayed for a week in October ! Nice welcome , upgraded us to a family room which was very nice ! Only problem there was only one plug socket and that was used by the fridge. No air/con which was needed as it was very hot at night said it would be turned on but wasn't ! A little noisy at night from NAGS HEAD across the road but was ok ! Great adults pool lovely and quite plenty to choose. Food was very good plenty of choice enjoyed it very much ! There are a lot of cats around but it didn't bother us ! Area not too bad it is Greece and everywhere the same ! All in all we had a great time and didn't want to come home. Staff are great and can't do enough for you !!

Have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and it never fails to deliver an excellent holiday from room standards, bar and restaurant staff and food quality. Only negative would be they should consider another bar option rather than the adult only and the ballroom as when its hot outside no one wants to be sitting in a basement.

Service was fantastic
Food was brilliant
place was run well, always clean.
My family live in cyprus and have done for 20years now, first time we have stayed at a hotel and not with family, really happy with that choice.
Staff need to be stricter on rules, like long trousers at dinner, and kids to be supervised at all times especially at the indoor pools , towels on loungers etc few families staying here who let kids run wild !
But the thing that made the place great was the staff , all happy ,chatty and nothing was too much trouble , thank you for a great holiday !

The hotel property is of good quality and Clean, staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed on an all inclusive basis the food was good but got a little repetitive. One criticism was that there are a lot of exclutions to the all inclusive package ie: it ends at midnight so all drinks are charged after this time, only local beers and spirts are included so take care not to ask for branded drinks. all in all we had a good time but all inclusive should me just that IMO.
Also the air conditioning was turned off and it was difficult to sleep at night, I think they do this in october to save money but it was warmer than normal. sucked that they didnt put it back on. :(

Room Tip: Try and get a North facing room as the sun is not on it all day

Stayed here for a week in September 2012 all inclusive and would highly recommend the Atlantica Oasis. Lots of shops nearby, boat triall inclusive ps and other excursions to book. Only complaint would be the beaches as not white sand, however Cyprus is not the Caribbean. There is loads to see and do and buses run regularly until quite late. McDonalds being round the corner looked out of place amongst the classy cocktail and shisha bars.

Rooms - were spotless, we paid extra for superior deluxe and safe was included and rooms were larger and bathroom better. Fresh towels and bedding changed during our stay. Air conditioning worked well bed was very comfortable and quiet at night.

Food - was plentiful and i ate very well and am vegetarian!! Some people do insist on stocking up on handfuls of fruit and bread despite munching through several plates of food. This was annoying and rude and unnecessary. A snack and drink was provided to us upon our arrival despite a 3 hour delay and this was a nice touch.

Drinks - Cold bottled water available all day and night. Loads of cocktails inclu snack and drink was provided to us upon arrival despite our 3 hourded in all inclusiv e and proper measures of alcohol used. Carlsberg beer also included. Bar staff in zeta bar were brilliant and beautiful decor in this bar (near adult only pool). Music most nights and tvs dotted indoors and outdoors.

Pools - There were 5 in total incluffding a kids pool and adults only which was lovely and where we spent a lot of time. Pools very clean!! There is a spa downstairs and i recommend the salt scrub for you ladies when you arrive as it helps you to tan!! Prices were reasonable and sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are all in the indoor pool area;-)

Nothing else to say but would recommend.

I have just got back from a weeks holiday at this hotel, I went with my sister and we are 30 and 31. We had such a brilliant time, you will not be disappointed. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were given the keys to our room straightaway. We were told we could go to the main restaurant and have some sandwiches and crisps which they had left for us, there was also tea, coffee and fruit juice to help ourselves to which was a nice gesture.
We then went to our room on the fourth floor and it was lovely, spacious and clean with a mini fridge, LCD tv and plenty of storage space for all your clothes. There is very small lift which you can use to go up to the rooms, we didnt have to wait long for one during our stay unlike some of the reviewswho said they had to wait a while. In our room we had a bathroom with a shower over the bath, I heard people complaining about the temperature of the water in their reviews but my sister and I never had any problems with this. The water was always lovely and hot and the shower was nice and powerful. Our room was overlooking the pool which was really lovely, we were in room 2404. The room has a safe which we paid 12 euros for the week for which was very reasonable, this was enough space to store our passports, money, purses, an ipad and large camera. When we arrived we were also given a bottle of wine and plate of fruit in our room with a message from the hotel which was really welcoming.

There are three pools in the hotel, the main pool is lovely, always clean as well as the area around it. This is where most people go as it is the largest pool, there is a smaller adults only pool and another one with a glass roof over it in the main building. I don't know what the sunbed availability is like during the school holidays as we went on the 19th September but we never had a problem getting one. There are always plenty at whatever time of day, on our first day we had a welcome meeting with our holiday company so we didnt get to the pool until about 11.30 and there were still lots of sunbeds left. We thought perhaps a large number of people had gone home and this was why there were so many empty but this was the same everyday. it meant we could space our loungers out a bit more, rather than being cramped together. Some people do put towels out early but there isn't really any need to, there are also plenty of umbrellas too to get some shade. One helpful thing to remember is that you don't need to take your own pool towels, which is a bonus if like us you don't have a large luggage allowance. When you arrive you have to go to reception and ask, they charge 20 euros deposit for each towel you get, however, you don't give them actual money, they put the amount on your room bill and then when you return the towels at the end of your stay, they take the full amount off again. You are also allowed to change your towels when you need to. The resort are very conscious of the environment and due to the water shortage they ask that you change your pool towels every three days, they also do not change your room towels for three days. This was ok though and we didnt find that it was a problem, we just showered everyday after coming in from sunbathing and then left our towels to dry.
The main pool has activities on during the day such as water volleyball, water aerobics etc which looked quite fun although I did not take part. At the main pool there is a pool bar which opens at 10am serving drinks and ice creams, they also sell slush puppies and brand ice creams such as magnums but these are not part of the all inclusive and you have to pay extra. The weather when we were there was excellent, 30 degrees most days so make sure you take plenty of suncream! We did see some silly guests applying oil and looking ridiculously burnt but still sat out in the full midday sun!

My sister and I went all inclusive and we definitely recommend it! The drinks and snacks are quite pricey if you buy them and it also works out expensive to pay for a meal in the main restaurant. We found the food and drink to be very good, you won't go hungry or thirsty on this holiday!!!!! The bar serves local drinks as part of the all inclusive and the spirit measures are pretty generous! They also have a cocktail menu and there are many as part of the all inclusive, I took quite a liking to the Kir Royales! The only thing which is a little annoying is that you have to sign everytime you order a drink or something from the mocha bar but we got used to this and it wasnt really that much of an inconvenience.
During the evenings we would go to the Zeta cocktail bar which was really nice, there is the entertainment room in the main building by the lobby but this is downstairs with no windows and it felt a bit tacky inside and didn't have that holiday feeling that you get in the cocktail bar. The waiters and waitresses in Zeta lounge are really nice and whenever your glass is empty they ask you what you would like next, a special shout out to Diana and Bodman who were our favourites! They also have little pots of fresh popcorn for free which is really nice with your drink. They serve a lot of other drinks and cocktails, again some are not part of the all inclusive but there is a very wide range to choose from, much more than on other holidays I have been to. You can also have hot beverages, tea, coffee, water, hot chocolate, as well as soft drinks such as coke, diet coke etc, if you want a break from the alcohol! The bar opens at 6pm and closes at 12am, although if you are all inclusive you have to pay for drinks after midnight. We just made sure we ordered them before that though so it wasn't a problem.

By the pool there is the mocha cafe bar which is really nice, here they serve lattes, coffees, mocha, hot chocolate, tea and fizzy drinks as part of the all inclusive. Also included is the cake and pastry cabinet which is really good! They have chocolate cake, lemon cake, carrot cake, fruit tart, cappuccino cake, cheesecake and a fruit cake. In the savoury part they have sausage rolls, cheese pies and pizzas if you fancy a snack sat by the pool. We went here quite a lot as its in the main building and very close to the main pool, they have an outside area as well as inside where you can sit down and enjoy a coffee or you can ask for it to takeaway. We would often get a coffee or a latte at 10.30am when it opened and a slice of cake in the afternoons, the cafe closes at 6pm. Here is where they have the free wifi but it carries through into the lobby so you can sit in either of these places to get a signal, you just have to ask at reception for the code and they will give it to you.

The food in the restaurant was always lovely, so much choice and something for everyone's taste. In the morning they serve cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cake, ham, cheeses, bread and toast. Then in the hot section they do pancakes, fried bread, sliced fried potato, scrambled, fried and boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, tomatoes, omelette, French toast and pastries.
Lunchtime is always different, they have a salad bar which is there at every mealtime but certain things vary as they have different meat and fish to offer. Then they normally have things such as fish, meatballs, pizza, pasta, chips, vegetables, samosas, spring rolls, stir fry, rice, curry etc. One day we had roast beef and Yorkshire pudding and it was lovely! They normally have one meat as a carvery and this is always really tasty and cooked well. There is so much on offer, these are just a few of the huge amount of choice available. As well as the main course, there is a dessert section and this was really good. Sometimes I am not keen on the desserts on holiday but these were lovely. They had items such as cheesecake, coffee cake, creme brûlée, ice creams, jelly, custard slice, fresh fruit, baklava, fruit tart, rice pudding etc.
In the evenings there is again the salad bar and the hot section with a wide variety of dishes. It's similar style to the day but perhaps a bit fancier, they have dishes such as curries, roast chicken with mozarella, stuffed peppers, baked fish, beef in diane sauce, fajitas, steak, chips, potatoes, pasta, vegetables, pork, rice and much more. These are just some of the options I can remember of particular dishes but each night there is a different variety. They also do themed nights, when we were there they had Italian and Cyprus night, I can't remember if they had others. When you go into the restaurant you have to wait as you are seated to a specific table by the waiting staff which is quite nice. They are always friendly and worked very hard, clearing your table and getting any drinks you wanted, a lot of them remember what drinks you want and your room number after only hearing it once which is good considering how many people are at the resort.
As well as the main restaurant there is also the option to go for the BBQ on one of two nights a week and the a la carte restaurant. This is behind the pool bar and my sister and I booked up for the BBQ. It was ok but we were not terribly impressed, the atmosphere was a little dull and we thought it would have been nice to see the chef cooking the food on the BBQ but it was basically the same as the main restaurant but a smaller choice and it was outside. We ended up cancelling our a la carte booking as it is in the same place as the BBQ but on a different night and we didnt want to be disappointed if we didnt enjoy it. We went at 8.30pm and it was fairly quiet, the food was good but it wasn't much different to that in the restaurant.

During our stay we didnt do any trips but there are some on offer if you fancy a day out. I heard that the area around the hotel is not brilliant but I can't really comment on that as we only left the hotel once to go to the shop which is just outside. This is a convenience store but it also sells lots of souvenirs, as well as this shop, there is another a bit further down the hill which is a bit bigger. Inside the hotel there is a small shop by the cocktail bar but this is quite expensive.

Final thoughts on this holiday: We had a really great time, if you want a more active holiday, involving lots to do outside the hotel then this might not be the place for you but if you just want to relax for a week, enjoy some good food and drink and plenty of sun, you will have a really good time, we certainly did :-)

for the first time we went to a family hotel, normally we would go to a couples or adult only hotel but we thought we would try this family hotel .The first impression we got was wow! great reception area and really friendly staff, our room was on the 2nd floor the lift was really small could only fit four people in it. we got out of the lift and the carpet in the corridor was badly stained or dirty which made us think we had made a terrible mistake in booking this hotel but hey we opened the door to our apartment and wow! it was a pleasant surprise a really nice room we had no complaints. we went to the adult pool for the first two days but to be honest it was to boring so we went to the large pool which was excellent we spent the rest of our time around this pool the only problem was the people who were on all inclusive just drank all day and to be honest the kids were better behaved than their parents. the restaurant was really clean and the food was excellent the only complaint would be that the lighting was a bit dark in some areas you couldn't see your food. l would definately recommend this hotel it was great the only let down would be the all inclusive people my advice to the hotel would be to stop booking any all inclusive customers as they let the quality of the hotel experience down,
