Located on the main street , seaside limassol,.The quality of the room's fixture and fittings was very high!!!! Very good decoration elements as well. The breakfast had a big viriety and outstanding quality of food. The staff generaly was attentive, helpful and polite!. Visit again for sure. The price maybe was a little bit high.

We had a lovely holiday at Londa last September so decided to re-visit for an early break this year. Despite a very early arrival at the hotel we were allowed to check straight into our room which was much appreciated. Once again we found Londa to be the perfect place to relax. We used the pool bar, lounge bar and restaurant every day. The quality of the food and cocktails, together with the service of every single member of staff was once again excellent. Following earlier comments about the pool: yes it is quite deep (and thus not particularly suitable for small children) but this makes it perfect for adults wishing to swim full lengths. We had another super holiday and are already planning our next visit.

I stayed in the Four Seasons last year. If Londa is a 5 star, then the Four Seasons should be a 6-star hotel. Good marks for Londa : Superb service; all employees are Cypriot Greeks. Very nice room decoration. The Italian restaurant is A MUST, outstanding food in an outstanding setting. Quite close to downtown Limassol, and many shops and restaurants at walking distance. Bad marks : Not kid friendly. Internet in the room is very slow. Very limited (shallow) area in the pool for relaxation. Small beach. Narrow elevators. Tight entrance and almost no parking space.

Room Tip: If you can afford it, ask for a room with a view on the beach. You will definitely enjoy sitting on...

Dear Reviewer,
Thank you very much for choosing the Londa on this occasion, we appreciate you took the time to share your comments. We are delighted to read your good marks given for service and food in our Caprice restaurant. When reading the heading of your feedback I was initially concerned you may not have enjoyed your stay with us, but you have perfectly described the advantages of a smaller sized hotel. Here at the Londa we strive to offer highly personalized service and special atmosphere within the given parameters of a boutique hotel. We do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back in the near future.
Best regards and sunny greetings to Canada

At first glance, the building does not help the image and the parking is scarce. However the decorators have done an amazing job in upscalling the deficiencies of the venue by adding minimalistic architectural interventions and efficiently managing open areas. The common areas are smartly decorated and the rooms/verandas are rather small with minimalistic architectural touches. The bed was not up to the expected standard and the bathrooms, although equipped with contemporary brass, are lacking some basic efficiencies. The beach-facing lounge/restaurant, the pool area, the pool bar and the beach area are homely, well groomed and spotlessly clean –as the rest of the venue; the outstanding cleanliness and tidiness is a major plus of the venue, as well as the ample well trained, friendly, accommodating and professional stuff. The food at the pool bar was amazingly delicious –we had a couple of Caesar's Salads- and very well served. Our meal at the Caprice restaurant was very nice –my wife had the most amazing crusted chicken breast ever. On both occasions the prices were in the expected range for a 5-star establishment. On the down side, the wifi in the room was extra, but the most disappointing experience was the breakfast. In a country that exports olives and cucumbers, neither was present at the buffet. No sliced cheese was available –guest had to carve it themselves- minimal cold cuts available and just basic hot choices. First time ever in a 5-star hotel the guest is expected to pay extra for omelette/scrambled eggs, oat porridge or waffles/pancakes; what a shame.

Dear Reviewer,
Thank you for staying at the Londa, the team enjoyed looking after you. We very much appreciate your encouraging comments about the cleanliness, our friendly and well trained staff as well as the food being served at the Caprice restaurant and pool-bar. With regards to the breakfast, please accept our apologies if we have not met your expectations. Rather than offering pre-sliced cheese which can become dry on a buffet, we prefer to give our guests the choice of local and international cheeses such as Halloumi, Anari, Fetta, Cheddar, Brie, Mozzarella, Asiago Pressatto, Emmental and Edam which are indeed all served in blocks. Guests staying on a bed and breakfast arrangement do not have to pay extra for omelets and scrambled eggs. We have gladly followed your suggestions: olives have been added to the buffet and the charges for waffles and pancakes have been removed. Through constructive feedback like yours we are able to constantly improve our service - many thanks!
We hope to welcome you back in the near future.
Best personal regards and greetings to Nicosia
Jochen

We only stayed for one night but we would have been happier to stay longer. We arrived earlier than our booking said we could check in, we assumed we would just be able to use the facilities but we were able to access our room immediately. The room was not huge but immaculatly clean, lovely large bed and fab bathroom with a super shower. The hotel obviously offers a turndown service as standard and it was nice to come back late and the curtains were all closed and little white covers had been placed on the mats along with cookies left on the bedside table. We had already been brought a snack and water to the room in the afternoon.

The pool area was really tranquil and the sun loungers were so comfy. Whilst lounging around the pool staff brought over lemon sorbet or strawberry smoothies which was a nice touch. The pool was very deep and not really aimed at children. Again the area was keeps very clean.

Overall the staff were very professional. Only one member of staff I found rude, he worked at reception and I went over to ask for something and he didn't speak just looked at me giving me permission to speak and then handed me the item without any acknowledgement at all. A bit of common courtesy doesn't go amiss as manners are free after all. However all other staff we met were very nice.

The only reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars is because of the food. We ate lunch on the Saturday around the pool. We ordered hot sandwiches which were overall very nice but the fries were so covered in fat they couldn't be eaten. If you picked up the chips to eat them oil literally dripped off them. Breakfast was included in our booking and there'd was a lovely selection of cold meats, fruit, pastries etc. the cooked breakfast was not so great, very very dried out and there was no tomatoes or beans to have with it so it was a plate of just very dry food. It was a shame you had to pay extra for other items such as pancakes. In a 5 star hotel it would have been nice to have had this included and even cooked fresh for you. Just a small point really.

Overall it was a lovely break and we both feel very relaxed after our stay.

Dear Reviewer,
Thank you very much for staying with us and for sharing your thorough feedback. It is great to read that you enjoyed our facilities and had a relaxing break. I agree with you that you have to stay longer on your next visit. I invite you to dine in our Italian Caprice restaurant and sample our new summer a la carte menu. I am sure you will then change your opinion about our food. Please allow me one comment about our breakfast: To offer more variey to our longer staying guests we change the hot items which include tomatoes and beans on a daily basis. Last I would like to apologies for the one receptionist being rude to you and are happy that all other employees have been very nice and professional. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back. Best personal regards,
Jochen

The Londa beach hotel, is by far the best experience we've had visiting hotels in Cyprus.
It is, in my opinion, the only one Hotel that actually delivers on its 5 star status. Service was excellent, and the staff was great from the moment we arrived till the moment we left!
Highly recommend it!

Room Tip: Go for the suites if you can afford it, it's worth it!

Very good all round.
Disappointing exterior but internally very good with modern design and furniture with some artistic touches.
Room good with most things one would expect although suprisingly no ipod dock. Annoyingly it is one of those hotels which still charge for internet in the rooms but not by the pool!
The internet speed was slow particularily when it was an extra.
Staff were very good, all of the restaurant and bar staff were friendly and efficient ( George the manager was suprerb). The quality and variety of the food was top end, although the wine was overpriced
The pool staff were also good as was the pool bar/restarant which had a really varied and good menu.
The pool was nice and calm although whether it has sufficient capacity in high season is questionable.
Good well equipped gym.
Definately worth returning to

Room Tip: Go for the front facing ones
