My partner and I were booked for an all inclusive week, to get some sun. The hotel has an 80s charm that is quite noticeable - it could do with being freshened up, but it looks funky, if you like dark pink marble and the likes.
The staff were lovely and welcoming, always willing to help and accommodate. The comfort in the room was very basic for a five star hotel - the beds werent very comfortable, and the air con wasnt working very well.
Being pregnant, I couldn't drink and was hoping the non-alcoholic cocktails would be proper cocktails - all I was given was cheap fruit juices from concentrate, no effort to make a proper drink was paid.
The food was appalling - everything was absolutely overcooked, on top of being very blend. Thank god for fresh salads. My partner and I aren't fussy eaters at all, we just like pasta to be chewable, and not to disintegrate completely in your mouth due to being so badly overcooked, and we like meat to be edible, not a dried-up and tasteless dish.
We quickly regretted having booked an all inclusive deal, and ended up eating out quite a lot, including at a local pizzeria in Limassol (which made amazing pizza by the way).
Neither of us would recommend staying in this hotel for those reasons.
