We stayed a week at this hotel and loved it.

As everyone else says, small, quiet, friendly, clean and a great location right on the beach.

The evening meals were lovely, we ate here a couple of times, we like to try as many different restaurants as possible, but for price, quality, quantity and taste, it was as good as any other, they were all good!

A great base for walking in the Akamas, a visit to paphos and an afternoon sailing but mainly for peace and quiet. Don't go to Latchi if you want discos, karioke etc.
It is a good 10 minuite walk into Latchi from the hotel,so not ideal if you have any mobility issues.
The local bus runs up to the baths of Aphrodite and to Polis, from there you can get a bus to Paohos - all buses are 1 Euro, but a 3 Euro day pass is great if having a full day out.

Can't wait to go back and will go for two weeks next time.

We go to the Souli every year, not for spas or boutique shopping but for perfect peace & spectacular scenery, great food, a friendly welcome & total relaxation. Going home after two weeks there is a wrench. This is a two star hotel with a five star reputation among the many returning guests we meet each year. It's not pretentious but sitting on the water's edge this hotel ticks all the boxes if you want simple pleasures.
The owners Frixos & Donna are always around to help or advise if you need it & George who manages the restaurant goes to endless trouble to make sure you're happy with your choices. The food is excellent with a wide range of local & international cuisine & not over expensive like some Cypriot restaurants.
The joy of ordering a bottle of local wine, a plate of fresh fish & watching an amazing sunset with the waves lapping nearby should not be missed.
We got back yesterday & we can't wait to go back. Don't believe negative news about Cyprus, we idn't see anything to put us off. Everyone out there is so welcoming, nowhere more than the Souli Beach hotel.

Room Tip: Pay extra for the sea view, it's definitely worth it.

The plus points about this hotel are its superb location, its cleanliness and the attentive and welcoming staff. That said the minus points have already been well noted: the basic standard of the rooms, the pretty basic breakfast (coldish bacon and eggs with cheap cereal and very strange tasting coffee) and a general feeling that although they're trying hard they are only just succeeding. The pool is excellent and necessarily so because the sea at that point is very stony. The evening meal menu was extensive for the half board option and my stifado was the best I've tasted on the island. All in all if you're looking for an acceptable place in a nice village with few budget options, you could do worse.

Room Tip: The sea facing rooms are definitely worth it. Don't go to Latchi and face the hills.

I can only agree with the positive reviews. A gem of a find in a stunning location and so peaceful.
This 2*hotel is simple but very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one.
The food is excellent. Breakfast served each morning overlooking the bay with a back drop of the hills.
I would recommend a room with a sea view.......what a way to start the day with such stunning views! And then a swim in the excellent pool or or clear blue waters of the sea!
The small fishing village of Latchi is a pleasant stroll away with bars and restaurants.
A lovely little family run hotel in a beautiful unspoilt area of Cyprus.
An ideal base for walking or just relaxing!

Room Tip: Book a room with a sea view. Very quiet overlooking the pool and sea.

If you are looking for a quiet haven and NOT the big flashy hotels of Paphos then this hotel is for you. The view from the restaurant and our balcony was incomparable and after being out and about it was so serene. The family who run Hotel Souli were very helpful and friendly and helped a lot with advice.
If you want to get around and see places then a car is necessary, but many guests were happy to rest by the pool, which was spotless
The restaurant food was very good and portions were big!.
The only real criticism was that the bathroom fittings were very dated, but clean. Also air conditioning was an extra as was a fridge. The TV was Cypriot but the free Wifi meant that we could keep up to date with UK news.
