“No sand”
Reviewed October 8, 2012

Sorry folks but the beach is awful. It actually looks like a mix of building sand and concrete. There as sunbeds and umbrellas for hire and the sea looks inviting. Its not a beach to rave about and if you were expecting a lovely beach you will be disappointed

“perfect for late summer sun”
Reviewed October 5, 2012

Loved the town/village, beach and swimming in the sea so much that we drove from Pathos across the mountains for days of relaxation from Paphos. there is a lovely harbour with some fab on beach restaurants. Free wifi access from the beach!.

“what a walk!”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

we walked from Polis to Latchi by the camp site and along the walkway. it seems further than it is because it is quite a straight road, it is well boarded for walking along with beach bars along the way which sell food also. the grass area is great for soaking up the Cypriot sun if you don't want to go in the sea, before continuing on to the harbour and marina at latchi itself. great little cafe bar called Zouk's which sold lovely iced coffee and snacks. at night the walkway is lit up and you can hear the sound of the sea in the darkness to the right , the sky at night when we were there was so clear and to see the millions of stars in such a clear sky was absolutely amazing.
