the hotel is just 5 minuts from the city center, from the Marina, and the beach. The rooms in the hotel very clean, and the service is very kind. Breakfest is very rich and good, and you even can find gym room in the hotel.

We had a one night stay here on our last day in Cyprus. The hotel is in a great location and not too hard to find. Parking is free but they only have a handful of spaces and its tight. The hotel is located in a narrow street off a pretty busy one so parking can get a bit frustrating. We got ourselves a spot as soon as we got there and pretty much everything from there is walkable so we only took the car out when heading back to the airport.

Check in was fairly quick. Breakfast isn't included. The room itself was actually very comfortable. Its well decorated in neutral colors, had bottles of water, a small but functional bathroom that worked well. The one big issue we had was that the AC never cooled. It was stuck on 26 degrees through out and no matter what we did, it wouldnt budge. Many phone calls to the front desk resulted in multiple folks coming up to attempt to fix it but no go. Finally was told that they can also control it from the lobby and that the display was probably wrong and it would cool. It didn't. It was stuck at 26 overnight. Thankfully the temperature wasn't terrible and we slept fairly comfortably.

In the morning, I made yet another complaint and this time the lady at the front desk admitted that it actually was a known problem in that particular room. The temperature for whatever reason is stuck to 26 in that room. They have a way to over ride it but apparently only a couple of people know how to. If I had told this to her yesterday, they would have fixed it....

So while this was a nice hotel, im knocking off one star for not proactively doing anything about a known problem and for also poorly managing it. I wasnt offered anything as an apology or to make things right. Only after I actually demanded something did they react. I said well how about offering breakfast to make up for this and only then did she finally say yeah sure we can do that and called up to the breakfast place to let us have breakfast there.

Breakfast typically costs 7 EUR. Its on the rooftop. While you can easily head out and get breakfast for a couple of euros, I actually highly recommend going here. The breakfast is fantastic and while not a lavish spread, it has some real quality items including some local flair. The Orange juice is fresh squeezed. The croissants are excellent as is the local options on offer. Well worth the 7 EUR and im glad i got a chance to sample it.

Overall, this is actually a very nice hotel and I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the AC issues and the lack of proactiveness on it.The rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent and a short walk to the promenade and the breakfast is great. I would definitely stay here again (and would first check that the AC works)

I don't know whether this hotel has been refurbished in recent weeks, but there was absolutely no evidence of the problems previous reviewers have mentioned. Put simply, this hotel is superb. Lovely balcony with smart red chairs and table, a clothes- line ( I couldn't believe my luck), walls with not a scratch in sight, comfortable beds with beautiful line and bed-spread, excellent pillows, spare bed quilts in the capacious wardrobe, nice desk, terrific lighting, very recent model TV, tea/ coffee-making facility, free bottles of water, fridge and a luggage stand. The bathroom has a terrific shower, water that drains in the right places, and adequate shower curtain. The hand-basin is large, and there is space to put toiletries. There's even an ironing board and iron.

Breakfast is terrific. Staff at reception are models of courtesy and helpfulness. As for the location: couldn't be more central. Just look for the McDonald's restaurant, and you are nearly there. It's in the street immediately at the rear of the restaurant.

I have written over 100 reviews for TripAdvisor, none more positive than this. Full marks to the developers, above all management that clearly knows what makes for a good hotel, and for staff to bring it all together day after day.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Larnaca, although the entrance is not right on the sea front. There was an initial hiccup when we were presented with a double room, having booked a twin, although this was swiftly remedied. The room was modern and clean, and my bed was comfortable, although the bathroom was a little poky. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. There was a great sea view from the breakfast room. Out of season it was very good value for money.
