The restaurant itself is very nicely presented with lovely gardens and well dressed tables. The menu is pretty good but somewhat unconventional.
All main courses come with a complimentary meze starter and a bottle of water, except the vegetarian dishes. For some reason, they don't come with the meze even though most of it is meat free... Anyway, there is plenty for two people even if it's intended for one.
The main courses are good - my meat eating partner said the Mixed Kebab was excellent - and portions are generous but the service is erratic at best. We visited on a Friday night and whilst it wasn't empty, they certainly weren't over run with customers but we waited too long between courses and far too long with finished plates in front of us.
Complimentary fruit and a small piece of baklava rounded off the meal with an offer of complimentary coffee and local brandy, making the overall experience very good value for money but certainly not spectacular
