3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 11, 2013

We just arrived at 10pm to the hotel with my 7yr old nephew sleeping in my arms.. Checkin was fast, the staff is understnding and trying to be helpful but really when you find the hotels nightclub blasting music directly towards the hotel, I dont think anyguest is sleeping tonight or anynigt..
We arrived in the room and the carpet is stinking of meldew.. Everything is wet because of the humidity in the air.. The bed is also.. So guess how you sleep.. And the plugs on the wall? Why cant be international? And no free Wi-fi? Even the smallest hostel in Peru ofers that..

It a shame because the pictures looked promising.. It could be improved for sure but does the managemnet care? Nope!! They go on night after night with this gastly music piercing in your brain, so much for your peaceful sun vacation.. :(

I dont think we'll make the second night here..

12.10 music is still awfully shaking the rooms :((

I think North Cyprus is a very nice country, but the most of visitors are only Turks. Hotel staff including receptionists don´t speak english. So, communication in English is very difficult.
Rooms are clean, somewhere is here or there dirty carpet, sometimes we didn´t have a toilet paper. Drinking water in minibar was for a fee. Hotel does not offer all inclusive service. This service features through a travel agency was poor. All animations were in Turkish, so we didn´t have opportunity to have a really fun. In hotel there is no possibility to buy souvenirs or postcards, newspapers only in local language. Food was OK, beach and sea clean.
We expected much more.

This is a great hotel ! The majority of guests are Turkish and most of the staff speak limited English, but you can still make yourself understood. Huge swimming pools, swim up pool bars, plenty of sunbeds, smart bedrooms. Great value for the price we paid - 140 Euro per night per room Full Board, including drinks at meal times. The hotel only seemed to be about 30 - 40% occupied when we stayed, but apparently it is much busier at weekends. A wide selection of food and a good alternative to the Kaya Artemis hotel next door.

fabulous, unreal place. has to be seen to be believed. Everything about it was absolutely fabulous. Its huge , and so luxurious. The restaurants, bars , pools , staff couldn't be more friendly and the food, well just out of this world.

The best food i have tasted in Turkey, the spa and gym are excellent big , lockers , towels, these are nice to have when you walk in to work out. Pool is the best I have seen in Turkey. The grounds go on forever with many places to walk. Its out side of anything so going into town is a trip that costs a fortune to get to. The gambling is not my thing but its there if you like throwing money away. I will come back to this hotel and would tell others of it if they are coming to Cyprus.

I AM Turkish, I speak the language but my family speaks English. Well, no staff at the hotel speaks any English really. Especially the reception. S, you can not leave the kids to enjoy anything. There is nothing to enjoy anyway.
The football pitch? Full size!! Who's is it for? I am not sure but certainly not for tourists!
It is also expensive for what is on offer. Dirty carpets, mediocre food.
I would definitely not go there again. I suggest you don't go either.
PS. Awful nobbly foam pillows make your nights miserable too!

Room Tip: Go somewhere else
